The modern holiday home “Villa Vogelnest” with a big glass front and fantastic views of the valley basin is situated in South Tyrol’s scenic landscape outside of Bressasone (Brixen). The 90 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed (1.6 m x 2 m with slatted frame and mattress) for two people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with the possibility of a double bed or 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional daylight toilet. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and satellite and cable television. The private 110 m² outdoor area boasts a lush garden with beach chairs for you to relax in the sunshine surrounded by vineyards. The covered private terrace invites you to have breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty barbecued dinners and stunning views of the valley and the mountains. A bus stop is only 70 m from the villa, from which you can get to many nearby sights and attractions. You will find a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and a pharmacy within a 5-minute drive (3.2 km). Furthermore, you can get to the centre of Bressanone (Brixen) after a 10-minute drive (4.5 km). Bressanone (Brixen) is famous for its cathedral, lovely architecture and many culinary specialities. The area offers numerous great routes for hiking and cycling, as well as lakes. After a 10-minute drive (5 km), you will reach the nearest skiing area (Plose), and a 45-minute drive (45 km) away, South Tyrol’s capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) awaits you. Innsbruck airport can be reached in 80 minutes by car (95 km) and the international airport of Verona is 194 km away (a 2-hour drive).

Bereits der Name Vogelnest beschreibt sehr gut, was einen erwartet: eine gemütliche FeWo mit viel Platz, eine sehr guten Lage in einem Weinberg und einem atemberaubenden Ausblick über das Etschtal. Die Ausstattung ist gut bis luxurious und unterstreicht den Gesamteindruck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit im Vogelnest sehr genossen.
