Cozy, Comfortable and Central

This is a spotless apartment right in the center of Brixen, a few steps from the main square. Communication with the host was excellent. She met us at the door, gave us all the information we needed and provided us with Brixen cards. The fully-equipped kitchen is warm and cozy, the bed is large and comfortable and the bathroom has lots of space for toiletries. All in all, a perfect place to stay.

Very comfortable and convenient, we really enjoyed our short stay.

Very cosy, clean, warm, quiet apartment in a central location, with free parking nearby (2 minutes walk) arranged by the host. The rooms are bright and spacious with lots of natural light, the family bathroom had everything we needed for a short stay, and with plenty of hot water for a family of four. Kitchen is well equipped to make meals and it was great to find all the basics - coffee, hot chocolate, salt, oil etc. Host displays a selection of homemade jams (for sale if you wish) and left a little complimentary pot, which was a sweet welcoming gesture. The host, Marlene, was very friendly and helpful, also easy to connect via What’sApp.

Ultra central location, cheap parking nearby (5EUR/day), perfectly sized apartment, all facilities, Brixen Card included - you can save a lot with it, highly recommended. You can buy some small pots with jam and confiture :)

Something smells when you get into the building/main entry - this is not related to the host/apartment and you don't feel it in the rooms.

Superb

Comfortable and clean apartment. It is located in the centers of Brixen, and the host is really nice. Brixen card was super helpful. We didn't need to rent a car. We enjoyed a super good city swimming center(Acquarena) and gondola to Plose.

Ganz klasse - Dankeschön!

Unseren Gastgeberin hat ein ganz gemütliches und schnuckliges Appartement für uns bereit gehalten. Wir waren ausgestattet wie zuhause, es fehlte uns an gar nichts :-) Auch die Lage in der Stadt war außergewöhnlich, da man fußläufig überall hinkam. Es war sehr ruhig und sogar ein sehr Bäcker lag gleich nebenan. Wir können „In Urbi“ wärmstens empfehlen!

Super Aufenthalt mit Parkplatz

Mitten in der Altstadt. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin empfing uns vor dem Parkplatz, der nur ca. 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man merkte an allem, dass die Vermieterin alles getan hatte, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Ein toller Aufenthalt, der nicht nur durch die tolle Wohnung, sondern auch durch die unglaublich schöne Brixner Altstadt geprägt war. An einem Abend waren wir bei der Segnung der neuen Lichtanlage im Dom zu den Klängen von Robert Schumann (Missa Sacra) dabei. Selbst für eine Lutheranerin ein tolles Erlebnis. :)

Sehr persönlich eingerichtete Wohnung direkt zum Eingang der Altstadt

Top Lage direkt am Eingang zur Altstadt. die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und ach die meisten Gebrauchsartikel sind erst mal da (vom Olivenöl bis Alufolie...) - auch die Deko ist sehr persönlich und liebevoll!

Nachts bei offenem Fenster je nach Gästen auf der Strasse recht laut - aber das kann man ja nicht ändern - daher wohl nix für geräuschempfindliche Gäste....

Urocze miejsce w sercu Bressanone Cudowna właścicielka, wspaniała atmosfera i idealna lokalizacja – w samym centrum rynku, a mimo to bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Pokój czyściutki i zadbany, wszystko dopracowane. Za oknem restauracja – dla mnie ogromny atut! Poranek z otwartym oknem, widokiem na Włochów pijących kawę i tętniącym życiem miasteczkiem – bezcenne. Jeśli tylko będę mogła, na pewno wrócę!

Die Wohnung ist ein Juwel. Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist ideal und die Wohnung selbst ist derart klug und liebevoll ausgestattet, dass man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Auch die Unterkunftsgeberin Marlene war total herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Appartement im Zentrum von Brixen

Die Lage ist unübertrefflich (wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und waren nur zu Fuß oder öffentlich unterwegs), die Ausstattung der Wohnung perfekt um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Appartement ist sauber, es gibt W-LAN, die Ausstattung der Küche ist toll, es gab sogar Kaffee, Tee, Kakao und Marmeladen. Bücher, Reiseführer, Regenschirm, ... alles da.

Die Pölster sind leider für den Bezug viel zu groß, dadurch steinhart und unmöglich darauf gut zu schlafen. Gott sei Dank gab es aber mehrere Pölster vom Sofa, die wir dann verwendeten. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind aber sehr bequem.
