A comfortable stay in Bressanone. Will definitely come back!

Very clean and spacious. The apartment is near to the bus station and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. The Apfelstrudel from Nadia and the home-made strawberry Jam is one of the bests! The free Transportation ticket is also a very great help for us. Nadia was always a one call away. She is very easy to communicate with. We will surely come back!

The TV does not have Netflix but it's okay. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Wonderful apartment and host

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The space was not only tastefully decorated but also impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything I needed. The attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. What truly made my experience exceptional was the host. Nadia was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Nadia was a fantastic host. Even baked us an Apple strudel. Love the layout of the apt. Perfect for 4 adults. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Cosy

Master bedroom faces the street and can be noisy. Can close shutters but that means it’s stuffy in the master bedroom.

Very kind host, clean and spacious apartment. Parking was safe and easy to park. Easy access to cable car stations. The host provided us with the Brixen card. Using the card, we can freely take buses and cable cars during our stay there.

Lovely stay

Tutto perfetto!

Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto, anche il barattolo del caffè ed un vasetto di marmellata alle fragole fatto in casa. Nadia è stata molto gentile, ha fatto per noi uno strudel alle mele veramente ottimo ed ha portato dei piccoli pensierini per i nostri tre bambini. Super Consigliata!!!

L'excellent accueil de Nadia ! Un grand merci pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité ainsi que pour le très bon Strudel et la marmelade : miam, miam ! 😋 Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, bien équipé et confortable, terrasse très appréciée ainsi que le parking privé. On aurait bien aimé y rester plus longtemps 😊

Ottima scelta per 4 o anche 5 persone, comoda per gli impianti grazie allo skibus davanti casa e ottimamente servita dai citybus gratuiti per visitare città e dintorni( Bressanone è pedonale e non si parcheggia). Le immagini e la descrizione sono assolutamente fedeli, l' appartamento è pulito e ben arredato, in cucina c' è tutto, lavastoviglie e lavatrice,il parcheggio in garage ha grande facilità di manovra.La terrazza esterna comodissima col bel tempo, la strada vicina non si sente affatto con le finestre chiuse e d' estate fa freschetto la notte anche in giornate caldissime. La signora Nadia è cordiale e accogliente, la sua confettura di fragole e il suo dolce di mele spaziali. Assolutamente consigliato

Tutto perfetto

Accoglienza perfetta, proprietaria molto cordiale (ci ha anche preparato uno strudel per l'ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno!). L'appartamento è molto spazioso, con arredamenti curati, e dotato di molte comodità, incluso uno spazio esterno arredato. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel piano sotterraneo dell'edificio. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto inoltre la Brixen card che garantisce mezzi pubblici gratuiti e molte altre facilitazioni.

Prima für den Familienurlaub!

Perfekte Lage zum Skifahren an der Plose. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe und ein kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, entspanntes Parken in der großen Tiefgarage.

Das eine Schlafzimmer ist etwas dunkel und ohne Ausblick.

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen! Gasten kaart voor openbaar vervoer, gondel en musea kregen we, en een potje Jam als gast geschenk. Het appartement met terras zijn ruim, netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De auto konden we beneden in de kelder parkeren. We waren op doorreis en hebben dit apparaat voor 2 nachten geboekt maar dat was eigenlijk te kort. De omgeving is prachtig en van alles te doen. Het oude gedeelte van Brixen is op loopafstand en zeker de moeite waard. Na een dagje bergen en bezoek aan Brixen konden we lekker even genieten op ons eigen terras. Wij werden verrast door een heerlijk ( nog warm) stuk appeltaart. 👌 Deze werd door de eigenaresse zelf gebracht. Omdat we op doorreis waren hebben we ook nog even een wasje kunnen draaien, er was zelfs wasmiddel aanwezig. De keuken is ruim en volledig voorzien van apparatuur, servies schoonmaak spullen, koffie en thee. Als je wilt kun je er met gemak een 3 gangen diner op tafel zetten. Er zit op 10 min. lopen een supermarkt met veel verse producten. Wij hebben genoten van deze fantastische plek!
