We had a wonderful stay — clean apartment, great location, and a very kind host.

We stayed in these apartments in Brixen, Italy, from December 28, 2025 to January 5, 2026, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent — close to the city center, with all shops within easy reach, and a beautiful view of the mountains and the city. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine on the table. On New Year’s Eve, the host surprised us with a bottle of champagne, which was incredibly thoughtful and made the celebration even more special. When we were leaving, he treated us to a homemade drink and gifted us a bag of tea collected by his wife — such a warm and personal touch. We truly felt cared for during our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. We would be very happy to return again.

Great new appartment. Super clean. Appartment was equipped with everything we needed, even with a dishwasher. Great view on Brixen. Super nice hosts. Brixen center within 15 to 20 min walk. Free parking on their property.

Check-out between 9 and 10 am is very early.

The perfect place in the mountains with a wonderful view.

it was the perfect mountain cabin/apartment. The apartment was very clean and modern. Bernard and his wife have a great eye for detail.

Everything is perfect, only the road has no light so at night. So if you arrive late at night with the bus, make sure you have torch for your sight. It is no big problem though.

Great location for exploring the city and Val Pusteria ski area

Kind and welcoming hosts, modern and practical setup of the apartment, fully equiped kitchen, position right in the middle of a vineyard, panoramic view from the balcony. Welcome fruit and biscuits baskets and a bottle of own wine!

Pleasant, well thought out, modern appartment

This facility has only recently been redecorated. The interior was thus almost new upon our stay. This is a well thought out modern apartment with a balcony (sunny side) and terrace (shady side). The hosts are friendly, good people. As they live above the apartment they are nearby to support without being obtrusive. Traveling with small kids (approx 2 and 4) the garden surrounding this apartment provided a safe environment to play while allowing the parents to stay on the terrace with their coffee.

With our young kids walking into town was too far / too steep, but this is actually more of a benefit as you are outside the hustle (and noise) of the town.

Úžasné, pohodlné, klidné!

Majitelé byli velice ochotní a příjemní, komunikovali před příjezdem a čekali na nás, než jsme přijeli na ubytování. Moc ochotně vše vysvětlili. Apartmán, ve kterém jsme byli, byl moc krásný, s úžasným výhledem na celé údolí a Brixen. Postele byly pohodlné a dostatečně velké. Kuchyně byla vybavena dostatečně na standardní přípravu jídla. Potěšila i malá lahev vína (moc dobré!) a vody na stole. Okolí bylo klidné, všude kolem vinice a jablečné sady :) Určitě se vrátíme!

Asi jediné, co nám trochu chybělo, byla mikrovlnka v kuchyni, ale dá se bez toho žít :)

Appartamento strategico per visitare i mercatini di Natale altoatesini ed austriaci

Si trova appena fuori da Bressanone, tranquillo per riposare ma non in cima alla montagna o comunque con strada scomoda/impervia in caso di brutto tempo. Appartamento moderno spazioso arredato con gusto, con annesso parcheggio vicino, praticamente silenzio assoluto (a meno di vicini). Cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (lavastoviglie inclusa), una sola TV in soggiorno, doccia moderna comoda e bidet. Proprietario davvero molto gentile (cosa non scontata), disponibile e che ci ha omaggiato di una sempre apprezzata bottiglia di vino di produzione propria. Da considerare.

Nulla, forse un cartello all'arrivo che indichi dov'è il parcheggio sarebbe comodo, ma... stiamo parlando davvero di un dettaglio.

Superou nossas expectativas — ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Um espaço muito confortável, limpo e acolhedor. O proprietário, Sr. Bernhard, é extremamente gentil e atencioso. Fomos recebidos com maçãs frescas, água e até um vinho artesanal produzido por ele — um gesto que já nos fez sentir em casa. No dia seguinte, tivemos a possibilidade de comprar pães fresquinhos, entregues diretamente na porta logo pela manhã. Um mimo delicioso e prático! Na véspera do nosso check-out, o Sr. Bernhard veio pessoalmente se despedir e nos surpreendeu com um licor de nozes, também feito por ele. Brindamos juntos esse momento especial, cheio de gratidão. Uma experiência encantadora e acolhedora em todos os detalhes. 🍷🍎✨ Memórias que levaremos com carinho!

Super Aussicht und große Wohnung

Die Wohnung war wunderschön, mit einem herrlicher Ausblick über Brixen und einem schönen Balkon. Es hat an nichts gefehlt in der Wohnung, sogar ein Gefrierschrank mit 3 Fächern ist vorhanden. Sehr schön angelegter und gepflegter Garten. Frische Kräuter usw. konnten aus dem Garten verwendet werden. Sympathische Gastgeber.

Das Haus liegt direkt an einer mäßig befahren Straße. Wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist, stört es nachts etwas.

Ein super angenehmer Aufenthalt, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Nette Inhaber welche sehr bemüht waren, sodass es an nichts fehlte. Morgens gab es frische Milch und Brötchen. Ein toller Service den man zusätzlich buchen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolute Top Wohnung, nicht zu übertreffen.

Was hat mir gefallen,nun zu erst die Lage.Mitten im Weinberg,absolut ruhig. Man hört die Vögel und die Grillen, von Brixen schallen die Dom und Kirchenglocken hinauf. Aber alles so ,das es nicht stört,sondern einfach schön ist. Dann die Ferienwohnung ansich. Top Ausstattung, extrem sauber,voll Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht od. auch nicht. Grosse helle Räume. Ein Bad das außergewöhnlich Edel ausgestattet ist.Die sonnige Terrassen, wo man den Blick direkt auf Brixen hat. Man kann sich aber auch im Garten sonnen,alles ist vorhanden, Liegestühle und vieles mehr. Die Vermieter sind besonders nett,hilfsbereit und strahlen eine Herzlichkeit aus die man in der heutigen Zeit suchen kann. Zur Begrüßung wird einem Wein aus dem eigenen Weinberg angeboten. In der Wohnung steht eine voll gefüllte Obstschale. Wasser,Seife,Duschgel usw. Diese Wohnung ist von meiner Bewertung nicht zu schlagen. Absolut Top !!! Ich habe für das nächste Jahr bereits wieder gebucht und es wird nicht das letzte mal sein, und das ist bei mir bisher nur zweimal vorgekommen.

Es gibt wirklich nichts was man bemängelt könnte. Und ich bin in meinem Leben schon sehr viel gereist und rumgekommen,aber solch ein Top Quartier sucht seines gleichen.
