Superb

Good place for skiers, you can easily get by car to several skiing resorts at Dolomiti. Rooms are very clean, equipment is superb, parking, bar. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to go to Brixen old town which is absolutely fantastic.

Clean,good location,nice decor.Very pleasent host,gave us a lot of information about the town and where is best to go skiing.He gave us Brixen card and tickets for public transport. Excellent kitchen,free coffee,simple check in and check out. Free parking. This appartement has everything you need.

Très confortable et pratique pour visiter Bressanone et les alentours

L'appartement est très confortable, bien chauffé et bien équipé, en quelques minutes en voiture seulement du centre ville de Bressanone. Nous étions bien accueillis par notre hôte Alex. Malgré l'emplacement au bord de la route qui mène dans la ville, on reste au calme, rien nous a dérangé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'attention de notre hôte en trouvant un cadeau derrière la porte dans la nuit de Nouvel an :-) Juste si on peut faire une suggestion d'ajouter une machine à laver dans l'appartement ça serait vraiment génial pour le séjour parfait.

עצם קרבת המקום לכביש הראשי, מאפשר יציאה מהירה לטיול מבלי להסתבך. בעל המקום היה זמין לנו לכל שאלה ועניין. הדירות ממש מרווחות, נקיות ומאובזרות היטב.

יש קירור תת ריצפתי ומאוורר שעושים את העבודה בצורה טובה, אבל לא הייתי מתנגד למזגן.

Comodo e rilassante - appartamenti TOP

La struttura è nuovissima e tenuta benissimo. Tutto pulito e nuovo. sono appartamenti grandi e dotati di tutti i confort (frigo nuovissimo, piano cottura, tavolo, TV...) non manca nulla, anche asciugacapelli in bagno. Non è in centro, ma comunque vicinissima, è necessario prendere la macchina per raggiungere il supermercato e il centro paese, ma sono davvero 2 minuti e inoltre c'è un parcheggio grande a pagamento in centro dove puoi lasciare la macchina e seguendo il sottopasso si arriva diretti al centro del paese. sicuro anche di notte, noi lo abbiamo fatto con i bimbi piccoli (7 e 2 anni).

mi è piaciuto tutto, solo appunto bisogna prendere la macchina anche per andare a cena fuori (se il pub sotto nello stesso stabile è chiuso), ma questa è stata un ami scelta per risparmiare qualcosa (in centro gli appartamenti costano un pò in più)

Appartamento pulito, accessoriato, confortevole. Buona la posizione per visitare Bressanone e dintorni. Abbiamo usufruito anche della Brixen Card che ci ha permesso di prendere messi pubblici, treni regionali e funivie gratuitamente. Host gentilissimo.

Appartamento WOW!

Appartamento super: moderno, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con parcheggio adiacente il portone e un buon bar proprio sotto. Comodissimo per chi si muove in macchina, a 4 minuti di auto dai principali parcheggi di Bressanone e in zona strategica per visitare val di Funes e val Gardena. Letti comodi, locali ampi, proprietario gentile, disponibile e accogliente! Ci sono stata con mio figlio di 3 mesi e mi è stato fatto trovare un piccolo fasciatoio mobile molto apprezzato. Abbiamo adorato tutto di questo alloggio, straconsiglio!!!

Giusto per info: appartamento al primo piano senza ascensore. Piccolo consiglio ad Alexander: a voler fare la pignola sarebbe gradito uno scola piatti/posate in cucina, per comodità. 😊 A presto!
