Lovely modern apartment close to the old town.

The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and well equipped It has a lovely courtyard just right for a quiet breakfast or late nightcap. It is very close to the old town. There is a very secure lockup garage. The host is attentive and responds very quickly. The directions to the garage and the apartment are a bit complicated but the instructions provided are very detailed. If you arrive late and tired you have to be careful and read them closely. We were very happy with the apartment and would stay there again next time we are in the area.

Great apartment

Super clean bright modern comfortable apartment on the ground floor with clear easy contactless instructions for entry. Johannes was super quick to respond to any queries. Big bathroom with the best shower. The garden is full of sunshine, and it's an easy short stroll into lovely Brixen Bressanone. Altogether so good we stayed an extra night!

Bathroom basin drains very very slowly.

Easy and convenient stay in a perfect area for exploring and sightseeing

Very close to the old town of Brixen. Clean and spacious layout with superb cooking facilities.

The drain in the shower smelled really bad in the beginning but I purchased some sink unblocker and it solved it.

Exceptional

Absolutely wonderful apartment, clean, cosy and very modern. It has a fully equipped kitchen which an oven, dishwasher & all the cooking utensils you can think of, which I didn't expect! Contactless key pickup through a post box which is convenient if you arrive late. In a great location too - less than a 10 min walk to the city centre and with a lovely window view.

It wasn't a huge problem for me but right under the windows there's a mountain river that's very beautiful but also very loud. If you're sensitive to noise this might be worth considering.

Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Extrem gut isolierte Fenster, wir waren skeptisch, da die Wohnung an einer Straße liegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut . Vom Vermieter alles hervorragend organisiert. Das war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Ap. Griesser.

Zentral gelegenes, gut eingerichtetes, sauberes und ruhiges Apartment

Es gibt detaillierte Anweisungen und Informationen wie man in die Wohnung kommt und in die Garage, sowohl schriftlich als auch in einem Video. Die Lage zentral, das Zentrum fussläufig zu erreichen in 5 Minuten. Gute Isolierfenster sorgen für absolute Ruhe im Apartment. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Kann unbedingt empfohlen werden.

Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas hart und gab Knarzgeräusche von sich, wenn sich einer rumdreht. Die Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer ist nur von aussen mittels Klappläden zu bedienen. Und die Silikonfugen in der Dusche, wie in 80 % der Fälle unserer Buchungen, waren verfärbt und unansehnlich. Aber insgesamt waren das Kleinigkeiten, das Positive überwiegt.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Appartamento pulito .. Plus il giardino attrezzato e il garage privato

Camere un po' rumorose perché sono sul lato strada. ( sempre piuttosto trafficata ) . Mancando i condizionatori abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte

Proprietario molto disponibile. Siamo arrivati in anticipo ma ci ha comunque fatto avere le chiavi. L'appartamento era pulito, la cucina dotata degli elementi essenziali, temperatura fin troppo alta. Il garage accessibile direttamente dall'interno è veramente comodo. Grazie

Suggerirei di lasciare le istruzioni per il termostato interno, per noi l'appartamento era fin troppo caldo
