An incredible DO NOT MISS opportunity!

I know that most people will think this is a paid review, but I promise you, it is not. I only know the owner’s first name which is Susan. I do not even know her last name, but I will tell you that this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed. Susan met us at the train station and took us to the apartment which could not be more centrally located. It is mere steps away from the Christmas market in the prime location of Brixton. We ate at three restaurants that were steps away from the apartment and enjoyed them all. You walk into the hallway of the building between beautiful shops and have your own private elevator that takes you to the front door of the apartment. The view from the living room of the Dom is worth the trip if you never left. There is a modern full kitchen and a lovely bath. Susan has a plate of delectable cookies on the table for us when we arrived. She actually brought her son to the train station with her to help us with the luggage. She also arranged for a taxi to pick us up on our departure. I cannot tell you how important this was to us and how much we thank her for this.

Perfect

When you enter this apartment, it is as warm and pleasant as if you were at home, it is very beautiful and very clean, the apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is very spacious, it has a gorgeous view, you can see the church and the mountains across the street. In addition, it is very well located, and in the center of the town, there are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, and it is very easy to get to, it is just a two-minute walk down the stairs to the bus stop, and you can get to a lot of attractions straight away. Susan is warm and considerate, prepared snacks and water for us, and provided us with a lot of help, thank her very much for leaving us with wonderful memories in Bressanone, and if we come back to Dolomiti in the future and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in the center of town, large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, everything seemed new and the support from the owner was excellent (including general advice about the city)…

Honestly nothing of any importance (if pressed I’d say the light above the dining table is a bit funky)

Francamente l'esperienza è andata oltre le nostre aspettative, comunicazione con Susanna, gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per darci tutte le informazioni che ci servivano, appartamento in posizione ottima, proprio nel centro storico del paese ma al tempo stesso comodissimo ai mezzi che con la brixen card messa a disposizione sono gratuiti assieme ad altri servizi. Pur essendo in centro al paese si può andare a sciare in venti minuti con il bus che passa ogni 30 minuti. L'appartamento poi è ristrutturato da pochissimo, bello, spazioso e completo di tutto. Dalla finestra una vista meravigliosa.

La posizione in pieno centro e anche se offrono un parcheggio che nel mio caso a trovarlo è stato un incubo,poi la casa fa abbastanza rumore quando canini e ero preoccupata se disturbavo i vicini sotto,ma la proprietaria molto gentile a detto di stare tranquilla,il prezzo è un po’ alto ma in tutta la zona del Trentino è un po’ costoso comunque,una lavatrice per chi volesse passare più tempo magari,per altro tutto ok

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !!!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage mitten im historischen Zentrum. Von dem oberen Stockwerk hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer von Brixen und auf die Berge. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, in einer privaten Garage am Rande der Fußgängerzone zu parken. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt, ordentlich und vollständig ausgestattet (auch die Küche!) - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Nach einem anstrengenden Wandertag (oder City-Bummel) freut man sich über den Aufzug :-) Bei Bedarf ist der nächste Supermarkt nicht weit weg. Gastgeberin Susanne ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar! Danke schon allein dafür!

최근 리모델링한듯한 깨끗하고 넓은 숙소 입니다. 식당과 거실(겸 침실)에서 보이는 뷰가 아주 아름답습니다. 주변 명소와 가깝고 대중교통도 편한것 같습니다.(우리는 렌트카) 주차비가 비싼 브레사노네에서 무료 주차장 제공도 장점입니다. 큰 주방이 있어 편하게 식사를 만들어 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호스트와의 소통은 매우 원할하여 문의사항에 대해 친절하고 빠르게 응답해 주십니다.

하필 엘리베이터가 고장나 오르내리기가 어려웠습니다 침실에 창문이 없어 8월 한여름에는 선풍기만으로는 더울 수 있습니다. 거실방은 창문을 열어놓고 자니 전혀 덥지 않더군요.

L'appartamento è ben curato e organizzato. Situato in pieno centro storico offre la possibilità di parcheggiare in box privato ai bordi della zona pedonale. Vicinissimo a negozi e locali, risulta comodo sia per visitare la città sia come base per escursioni nei dintorni. Susanne è stata molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha concesso sia un check in anticipato che un check out ritardato. Torneremo!

Die Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausgezeichnet, wir haben unser Weihnachtsmenü problemlos kochen können. Unsere Gastgeberin Susanne war ganz entzückend und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig.
