The location was perfect, in the city center. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen very well equipped. We loved our stay in Brixen.

Location, cleanliness, spaces were good, staff was available and kind also by text messages, online check-in is a plus.

The description site for reservation said they gave also the “Alto Adige guest pass” when we booked (Feb 2025). But then when the reservation was confirmed and paid (June 2025), it was not available anymore. Also the Tourist Information Office confirmed they deleted their subscription to give the pass. When we asked the staff for the reason, they said it was an error and it has never been available. We booked specifically for the pass, so then we had to buy a surrogate at least for transportation.

Fantastic stay in centre of brixen.

Location is great. Being in town lets you dive right into it. Place was roomy and clean. 4th floor meant nobody above us. Not too hot in May.

Got a link sent to pay the tourist tax online. The place being digital is fine but having to pay by card on an italian site (my italian could be better) is a concept which is potentially open to fraud. Using paypal or transfer or get booking.com to do it might be safer. The site seems genuine though, just the concept is somewhat questionable.

Extremely central location, walkable distance to restaurants (minutes) train station (less 10 minutes), communicative host who have great local recommendations and flexible check in.

The room is bright and large and everything is clean

The floor drain in the restroom was broken, causing our entire group to have trouble showering. We could only shower one minute waiting for the water to finish leaking before the next minute. Contacted the hotel to fix it but no one came to fix it.

Spacious apartment, modernly renovated, centrally located. For me and 3 teens the apartment was perfect.

There is a restaurant on atrium of the house. It was very noisy till 1 o'clock of night. Because, there is not air conditioner in appartment, it was too hot inside (about 27) and we had to open the windows.

Excellent large apartment in city centre

Lovely new and modern apartment right in the centre of the city. Excellent location! Apartment was super comfortable for our family - super comfy beds, great kitchen and lots of space. Easy to get in with door code. Brixen cards are great. Lots of great restaurants and shops right outside the door.

It was quite hot in the apartment - since there is no AC, some fans would be nice.

We’ll-equipped, modern apartment, clean and comfortable in fantastic location right in the centre of the old town.

It had over 28 degrees in the apartment and there was no fan or any means of cooling or creating some air flow. It wouldn’t even need to be air conditioning, but a simple fan would really have been appreciated!

Hot property

Beautifully renovated and large appartment. Location in the middle of the old town was great. Check in process via the app was easy.

The appartment was on the top floor of the building and the inside temperature was 26 degrees. Too hot to sleep in so we opened the windows. Being in the city centre this unfortunately meant that all the sounds of the bar below kept us up.

Ett fantastiskt boende - smakfullt, komfortabelt, sagolikt läge - hade allt vi behövde under perioden vi besökte området. Självklart är det aktuellt med ett återbesök om inte allt för länge och vi rekommenderar varmt detta boende i sagolika Brixen / Bressanone.

Ett mindre ”minus” är att det bara finns en toalett när vi var 5 vuxna som huserade i detta annars väl tilltagna och välplanerade boende. En begränsning när man behöver komma iväg på morgonen.

Un solo Giorno a Bressanone

La posizione in Centro perfetta.Purtroppo non mi ero accorta mentre prenotavo che era al quarto piano per mia mamma e' stata un pó dura senza ascensore. Ritornrtemo.

Mancavano degli stracci in cucina per asciugare I bicchieri , piatti ecc.. Mancava una luce sui comodini della stanza con I letti singoli e un porta sscigamani nel bagno . Il resto era perfetto.
