We want to express our greatest gratitude to Luna, who’s extremely nice and helped us sort out all the problems we faced, even before we got to the hotel! We might not be able to make it if it wasn’t her. The residence itself is also very nice. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the whole family. The location is quiet and very convenient. It’s about 15 minutes walk to town center and it’s a very nice walk just along the river.

We had a lovely stay, convenient location as it is 7 min from the city center. Ticket to the swimming pool and city pass are included, we enjoyed our time to discover it :) Perfect night on a very comfortable mattress, 100% recommended !

Apartment on the river

Biggest than expected, our room had 2 balconies with outdoor furniture and a great view of the river and old town. We only stayed one night but with the fully equipped kitchen could have easily stayed longer.

Bathroom was quite small but still fine.

The apartment is well equipped and very clean! you can even get a free bike from the hotel to stroll around the city! In general, the room was superb!

the only problem we had is the parking, where we received an inaccurate instruction for the parking. So, we couldn’t park at the hotel in the end. However, we manage to park by the end of the road!

Great stay in a splendid location

Very nice and perfectly clean small apartment that had everything one needs for a stay. The property provided us also with public transport card and entrance ticket for the swimming pool. There are also some bikes that people staying in Isarcus can use. We enjoyed every moment of our stay - and we know we must come back!

Our apartment had windows to the main entrance door of the property, there was an ashtray on the window sill - we were lucky nobody used it during our stay. Next time we would choose to stay in higher floors.

The hotel position is very near to the centre. The owner contacted us before our arrival to plan the key retrieval. The structure is nice, the apartment was clean and tidy.

The only improvement we may suggest is to guarantee a better visibility of the entrance to the parking.

Close to city center, spacious, all necessary amenities - even espresso machine with capsules, milk & sugar ;-) Friendly staff, uncomplicated key handover. No breakfast but no problem for us, rather an upside and plenty of cafes/bakeries around.

Pleasant stay!

Very well and efficiently equipped apartment suitable for couples and families with children. In the apartment you will find everything you need. It is located right near the center, everything is a few minutes away. There is a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Bressanone is a very pleasant, calm and beautiful town. Communication with the owner was excellent and smooth. The owner provide us one day free entrance to the acquaarena, which is located opposite the apartment.

Located near the City center. Has connectivity to Brixen train station and bus stop is in front of hotel. Nearby restaurants and city center places of visit. Room is super nice and comfy. Has a huge balcony with view. Has kitchen attached w utensils etc.

It is 1.8 kms from Brixen train/bus station which by bus takes roughly 10 mins but frequency of bus is less.
