Spacious, clean, and well-located apartment with a wonderful host.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Parking is secure, and the building itself feels very safe. The location is excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the center, especially if you have a car. Nadia, the host, is wonderful. She met us at check-in, explained everything, and provided us with Brixen cards. Even with our very early checkout, she was completely accommodating. She also gifted us a delicious homemade strawberry jam, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Bressanone.

The only minor downside was a faint smell from outside when the windows were open, likely from a nearby horse stable. It did not significantly affect our stay.

Wonderful cozy apartment in a nice place

very spacious apartment, beautiful, cozy and comfortable, has everything you need for a long-term stay. Nadia is very nice and hospitable host, treated us to homemade jam and strudel.

the only thing is that the construction of a new building is going on right next to the apartment and it was quite loud on a weekday from 8 in the morning

Exceptional

I'll start by saying what a kind and thoughtful host we had, not only that she drove us to and from the station to where we were staying but she made us home backed apfelstrudel the last night we were there. The location was close to the bus stop and from there you could get anywhere. The apartment is big and comfy, clean and quiet. I forgot to mention she left us home made strawberry jam when we arrived, that I delighted in every morning for breakfast. It's a wonderful stay for friends or a family of 4 or 5 in any season. I for one know that if I ever get back to Brixen this will be my pick in the place to stay.

We don't have any real complaints, everything was great

Perfect location, practically on the main road to Plose skiing resort. Having access to garage. The equipment in appartment was pretty much complete. It was also pretty close to everything needed, but in a quiet location.

There was a herd of cows nearby which at a single occassion caused the smell to be faintly felt in the appartment. This only happened once during the day and was really faint, but it might be unpleasant to some guests. I cannot really complain about anything else.

It is close enough to the center of Bressanone to walk but also on the way to Plose if you're trying to ski. The place itself is very new and updated and super clean. Nadia brought jam and strudel and IT. WAS. DELICIOUS.

Checking the hospitality from the Alps!

The host was really friendly and shared with us a lot of comments on what to do, she cooks an amazing marmalade and apfelstrudel that kindly left us there. The appartment looks even better in person than in pictures. Probably one of the best appartment I have ever been to!

there isn’t one thing to complain about lovely people, spotless apartment, the jam and strudel was a lovely touch, a free pass for the swimming baths and she also dropped me off to the airport at 5:30am in the morning. Nadia went above and beyond for me.

L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e confortevole, arredato con gusto. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata. Nadia ci ha accolti con simpatia e ci ha dato tutte le imformazioni utili per un gradevole soggiorno. L'appartamento è dotato di un parcheggio privato gratuito che aggiunge valore al soggiorno. Квартира соответствовала описанию, просторные, светлые апартаменты Две жилые комнаты, гостиная и две ванные Все было чисто, теплые полы и все необходимое для жизни (чайник, кофеварка, посуда и другое) Отличное расположение, недалеко от вокзала, рядом остановка автобуса, большой магазин и отличная пиццерия Хозяин даже встретил на вокзале, что было неожиданно и очень приятно. Также оставили вкусный комплимент в виде пирога.

Из небольшого неудобства это то, что не было никаких косметических средств кроме мыла. Но в остальном это идеальное место.

Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß zusammen :)

Dir Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Die Ausstattung war super, man hatte viel Platz und sie war sehr modern. Mit dem Bus war man außerdem sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Außerdem hat die Vermieterin sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und sehr schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, sodass wir uns sehr Wohlgefühl haben :) Da es auch einen Aufzug gibt ist die Wohnung auch barrierefrei

אחת הדירות הנוחות ששהינו בהן. מרווחת ונקייה. במטבח לא היה חסר דבר, נדיה מארחת אדיבה ונדיבה - פגשה אותנו לתדרוך קצר, פינקה בעוגה וריבה מעשי ידיה. ניכר שיש מחשבה בפרטים באבזור הבית. המיקום קרוב לעיר ולאתר Plose. קיבלנו כרטיס בריקסן המאפשר עליה יומית ברכבל. יש סופר גדול מאד בסמוך לדירה. הכל היה פשוט 10, מומלץ ממש.
