Good location . Apartment needs some improvement.

Location is good set between Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer

Very basic, a squeeze for 3 and very warm in the front box room ..no essential items such as soap.

Basic accommodation with great pool area!

The property was ideal for our stay - the living area and balcony were quite spacious. We really enjoyed the pool area too! Walking distance to Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer.

Toilet paper wasn't provided (this is a pretty basic provision!) and we were advised to go to the shop to get our own. As other reviews note, the property is a bit dated, but was fine for our needs. We had bunk beds and a large sofa bed, but the sleeping area was pretty cramped (the front door opened right onto the beds).

Very good

Great location, compact apartment but has everything you need. Air conditioning is a must in summer. Pool is great, kids loved it. Close to bus stops, beaches, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Shops are a bit further but one can also take the bus if preferred.

Really a nitpick, but there were no butter knives (only steak knives)

Small apartment which served our needs as a family of 4 on a short break perfectly.

The apartment is very compact but well appointed and very clean. The sofa bed is comfortable and very easy to use. Bathroom has been updated to include a heated towel rail which is a bonus. The host was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions promptly. The apartment is in an excellent location between Villefranche-sur-mer , Beaulieu and Cap- Ferrat.

Very small. Very expensive for what it is, though I expect the location at the top of Cap Ferrat might account for that. Our first time on the Cote d' Azure, so we are not expert on pricing or room sizes. Finally got some English-speaking TV that wasn't just news. No oven or toaster found even though listed. Our room had garden view. Ocean and harbor views from pool area. The biggest complaint is that, while the room was listed as non-smoking, all rooms have balconies with chairs and tables and ASHTRAYS! Folks next door and downstairs smoked a lot and it was very intrusive. Room listed as possibly accommodating 4 guests. It would be like bumper cars. Bunk beds and sofa bed. Laundry facilities were being replaced, so no laundry while we were there. Handwashing worked. All in all, like so many other places on the Riviera, you feel squeezed in. But that's not unusual for one of the world's loveliest areas.

We had a nice stay.

Nice location, very beautiful swimmingpool. Good walk to Villefranche or to the trainstation. We stayed in May, it was really calm, hardly any guests seen. So no sounds of other people. We think when it is fully booked, it will be a quiet other experience. The beds (for 4 tall people) were to small, there was one bunkbed, but we had expected two bunkbeds as there were two pictograms of two bunkbeds to be seen at booking.com. So we had to sleep with two tall persons on the sofa in the livingroom, the bed was not very comfortable for two people.

The instructions how to enter the building were only in French and we didn't succeed in retrieving the key. We have used the key of another guest to enter the building. From there on, it worked. So this could be better (instructions in English would be helpfull, now we used Google Translate).

Lovely hosts, very quick with replies, very good location, nice decoration, simple but nice. Host helped us with pool and beach towels of their own.

We had ants, even with anti-ants spray we had them. Could be more clean.
