Perfect stay for this location.

Quiet, homely, well Equipped. Owners very accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to other towns. Supermarket had an amazing stock of fresh produce if you fancy cooking in.

Amazing location, will definitely use it again!

Very tastefully decorated and very well situated in proximity of Beaulieu’s centre. The apartment feels more like a luxury hotel suite than a mere apartment. We were all well impressed. It’s situated very close to the train station and local beaches. Plenty of nice restaurants in the nearby marina to choose from. Also, a very big plus is the Super U supermarket situated at the ground floor where you can find everything you can think of. The secure underground car park is also a plus.

Great stay at beautiful city, host was helpful and spoke perfect english, definitely recommend!

Apartment is in great location, very close to all important spots in the city and a big nice super market in the building. The hosts werer very helpful and everything went as expected, definitely can recommend. The city itself is beautiful with a french riviera vibes, great restaurants and cafes.

The hot/warm water was sometimes not available in the evenings. Parking is nice but fits only medium to small cars, luckily my car barely made it, but I imagine that most people's cars will not fit, this information should be stated on the main page, otherwise there can be some reservation cancellations after people find out the real size of the garage.

Would highly recommend Beaulieu-sur-mer and this apartment

Lovely apartment in a quiet location near to the train station and supermarket. Nice terrace with a good view of the hills. Very easy to travel to the apartment by train from Nice airport; and great train connections to Eze, Monaco, etc. Also, just a 10 minute walk to the sea and the start of the beautiful promenade. Hosts extremely welcoming and accommodating; also very easy to communicate with.

A cutlery holder in the dishwasher would be handy.

Great apartment reasonably priced in beautiful Beaulieu-sur-mer.

Great location. We had a very relaxing stay here. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Everything we needed. Small balcony but perfect for sitting out and enjoying an aperitif (or2!!) Both beaches were within easy walking distance. Fab bars and restaurants minutes away. Sam was a super host. Beaulieu sur mer is beautiful.

A lovely, fresh, beautifully planned and organised apartment, lots of natural light, stylish crockery etc., and a couple of really lovely and interesting artworks. Greeted by a charming host. Perfect location for exploring Nice and Villefranche sur mer, using the train. Slept really well thanks to comfortable bed, and metal blinds which ensured darkness and silence at night. Nice balcony and glad to have a drying rack for a few small items. We really appreciated the kind gifts in the fridge. The only really small suggestion for improvement would be: we would have liked to have access to some cleaning/laundry products, just a couple of tablets for the dishwasher, or some washing-up liquid (we used hand soap…) and a small amount of laundry liquid. It didn’t really matter to us, but others might be glad to have them. Over all, a superb stay, thank you.

Perfect location in a beautiful area

Location was perfect for our trip. Being on top of a supermarket and near so many cafes and restaurants made food for self catering no issue at all. Owner was very helpful and checked in on us to make sure all was ok. They also helped us with early check in so we could start exploring as early as possible.

Everyone has their own preference for bed and pillows and we prefer ours a little firmer (and with a 6'2 partner - larger). That said we have that issue nearly everywhere we go on holiday so no reflection on the quality of this stay - which was pretty fab.

Excellent holiday apartment

Excellent apartment all round, comfortable, clean and modern 5mins from train station which we used every day to go to Monaco (15 min journey) and Nice (20 min journey) I would recommend this property to all travellers

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach ideal: nur wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof, ein großer Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, zu Fuß erreichbar sind das Cap Ferrat, mehrere traumhaft schöne Strände sowie die Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man spürt sofort, dass Gäste hier herzlich willkommen sind. Das Design ist sehr geschmackvoll, das Geschirr edel und hochwertig, die Renovierung hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und ein feines Gespür für Ästhetik, alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Розташування квартири просто ідеальне: за кілька кроків залізничний вокзал, великий супермаркет поруч, пішки можна дістатися до мису Сен-Жан-Кап-Ферра, кількох неймовірно красивих пляжів та автобусної зупинки. Квартира облаштована з великою любов’ю до деталей, одразу відчувається, що гостям тут щиро раді. Дизайн дуже вишуканий, посуд дорогий та якісний, ремонт чудовий. Господиня має відмінний смак і тонке відчуття естетики, усе продумано до найдрібніших деталей. Тут справді є все необхідне.
