It was really beautifully maintained, small and relaxed.

It is a beautiful location. Very friendly owner. Housekeeping good and friendly, it was very clean. Amazing gardens and flowers. Private parking is a big plus.

The only thing I can think off is the bathroom, which needs renovation, but I think the owner is already starting that process one room at a time. So work in progress!

Location was stunning, rooms were clean, tidy and beds comfortable. Make sure you go up onto the roof terrace!! Lots of outside seating. The hosts were very welcoming and breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The place itself is really beautiful, they have a large garden with so many places where you have to sit and chill. There is also amazing rooftop terrace where you can watch a sunsez and Tavolara island. The parking is secure and you can easily walk to the center of San Teodoro. We also walk to La Cinta beach.Our room was clean, but a little bit dark with only two small window (never really mind as you are the whole day out).

I chose this place, mainly because all the reviews says that is a really quiet, calm place, perfect for relax. Unfortunately nothing of this happened for us :( We were the only guests there and the rest of rooms were occupied by friends of the owners. All of them had a party both nights - to be fair it was ok the first night but the second night we were up till almost 3 a.m. because of the screaming,loud music etc. I am really sorry to write this, but it is very unprofessional to have a party like this when you also accomodate other guests. If they let me know in advance, I would happily cancel my reservation and choose something else. This whole “party experience” made us unfortunately forgot how nice this place is :(
