Great staff. Large room lovely lay out to hotel. 5 mins to bus stop, 5 mins to town and 12 minute walk to beach. Bar cafe at hotel always open.

It’s a small and chic hotel with character, with a beautiful terrace and nice rooms, well located only few minutes away from the centre of San Teodoro which is a lovely village. It has a generous parking and very friendly staff.
The breakfast buffet could be a bit more diversified but otherwise it’s pretty good.

1 - The bedroom is very big (we booked the Standard room). There was enough space for luggage and all beach stuff.
2 - Breakfast had great variety and overall it was good and better than other places we stayed in Sardegna.
3 - Swimming pool is big and the relaxing space also very cool!
4 - You can go to the center city on foot, so you don’t need to stress about finding a slot during high season.
5 - They have a large parking place for the hotel guests for free.
6 - Outside facilities is really cool and comfortable, you can enjoy a warm night outside of the room, eating or playing a game…
1 - My husband and I decided to rent two bikes on our first day (9 euros each per day), and both were in terrible condition. Flat tires, no brakes, completely unsafe! The conditions were so poor that we only managed to ride for an hour. They didn't charge us for them at the end.
2 - Bathroom shower space is extremely tiny!
3 - On the first day when I went to take a shower there was hair stuck to the box in the shower area - which means no one cleaned it before we checked in. The blanket also had small stains which makes me think someone had used it before us.
Cleaning could have been much better.
