Incredibly charming spot, steps from the beach and with a wonderful and welcoming team ready to help make you feel like a local. Helped me rent a vespa to explore and my room felt like a local apartment studio with bright light, a balcony overloooking the garden and front, artistic ceramics, excellent breakfast and coffee.
the tap water was a tad mettalic, im sure it was just old pipes

Location was Exccellent to the Beach!
Breakfast was nice - wish there was a variety of different fruit.
I also like that, I could buy a bottle of water for a decent price directly at the hotel.
Leaving the hotel key in wooden boxes was explained as mandatory. This is unsafe and wrong. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and this is not the norm whatsoever.. the electricity in the room was very very confusing..
Sadly the beds were very firm and there was a hump running down the middle of the bed .. I paid for two single twin beds and I was given a completely different bedroom, layout with bunkbeds and a queen, bed. I wish the hotel was more communicative about offering help with transportation from the airport to the hotel. Upon check-in, I wish the front desk staff would’ve told us more information about local San Teodoro tours, sites, and what the downtown had to offer.. last but not least the hotel is a beautiful hotel however, it definitely needs a refresh of paint on the outside in the inside and new beds -then it will feel more inviting.
