Really friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are a good size and everything is clean. The location is ideal, in the centre of San Teodoro, I definitely recommend
Not an issue, but just be aware that there is no sound proofing so if you are a sensitive sleeper, bring earplugs!

clean great breakfast very close to town and very friendly staff! Helga was extremely helpful giving use restaurant suggestion along with a very warm and helpful appearance!

Kindest staff who are willing to help and thing ahead for us. Free parking on-site, Good breakfast choice for Italian breakfast. The rooms are extra clean but a little outdated.
The bed was rather hard.
