The rooms are like small bungalows and back onto the garden they are very modern and clean. The grounds are spectacular you can step on to the beach in 2 minutes. The pool is really nice. The bar is good and the staff attentive. We had lunch at the pool bar which was nice and the breakfast was very good and had such a vast choice. It was worth paying a bit more for this hotel and I can’t wait to go back. San Teodoro town is a 10 mins walk which has lots of restaurants , bars and and ice cream parlours. I believe there is a bus from Olbia airport but we hired a car

Such a beautiful hotel, lovely little rooms in a village feel, beautiful pool and beach and amazing breakfast. Local town is sooo beautiful!

We stayed for 10 days and the location and beach are really nice. Breakfast was average and the dining staff are really unfriendly especially if you are not Italian. Dinner was very nice and we found the evening staff much nicer. Hotel was nice but overpriced for what you get and seems mainly geared towards Italian travellers.
