Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità dal personale, che si è dimostrato attento e cordiale fin dal primo momento. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era impeccabilmente pulita, molto confortevole e curata nei dettagli. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole, che consigliamo vivamente!

Logement impeccable : très propre, spacieux, aménagé avec de beaux matériaux modernes, ce qui est très rare à San Teodoro.
La possibilité d'avoir 2 lits séparés, peu courant en dehors des hôtels (c'est un investissement pour les propriétaires).

L'emplacement à 2 pas du centre et avec un petit supermarché juste en face.
Le calme... même en août
Le sentiment de sécurité : bâtiment clos, chien de garde (mais tenu à distance des voyageurs) et propriétaires habitant au-dessus.
On s'y sent comme à la maison.
Et surtout... La disponibilité et l'extrême gentillesse du couple qui tient l'établissement.
Des propriétaires qui ont vraiment à coeur le confort et l'accueil des voyageurs. Bravo et merci à eux.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale e dispone di un comodissimo parcheggio privato. Le camere e tutti gli spazi sono molto puliti, curati e in ordine. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei signori che gestiscono la struttura rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Ausstattung, Betten, Nähe zur Stadt und Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort aus den Nachbarwohnungen und fällt aus dem Bett, wenn Stühle verrückt werden. Nähe zur Stadt sehr schön aber an sehr befahrener Straße gelegen. Wenn der Touristenstrom nachts vorbeiläuft, hört man jedes Wort, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
