Tuvimos que esperar para darnos la habitación porque no estaba lista a las 17:00 de la tarde.
Las instalaciones son bonitas pero hay mucho desorden en la recepción como toallas y aspiradora por medio.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist/manager. She's basically running the hotel by herself! The windows are really good and soundproof , which helped as we were given a ground floor unit.
This is no reflection on the receptionist/manager who also cleaned our rooms - she is awesome! The facilities themselves are not high quality, the bathroom door would not shut properly, the tap spins around, wallpaper was peeling a bit, and the front door is very thin - we could hear all conversations and rolling luggages in the reception area. The minibar fridge we had was frozen over, the kind staff member swapped it for us so we could keep some of our items cold. Overall the place smelled like cleaning fluid and bleach.
