Comfortable and modern stay in a gated house; only a few steps from Centro storico. Alberto was a kind host and met us upon arrival. AC was a bonus during this hot spell. Lots of restaurants, cafes and gelato shops close by. We walked to the beach which was 30mins. Safe, close parking behind the building.

Der Check In war sehr einfach, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Als die Klima nicht funktionierte, kam er extra am späten Abend noch einmal vorbei. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight war für uns die angrenzende Terrasse. Dort konnte man auch abends noch gemütlich draußen sitzen. Da die Anlage überschaubar ist und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt, war es abends sehr ruhig. Dabei ist die Innenstadt (Restaurants/Cafes) zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand braucht man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Wir waren drei Tage dort und wir würden für einen solchen Zeitraum immer wieder buchen.
Ein paar mehr Haken im Badezimmer oder ein Fliegengitter an der Terrassentür wäre schön gewesen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und 5 min entfernt zu Fuss von Zentrum von Sam Teodoro
Die Wände zwischen denn Zimmer sind sehr dünn man hört wenn eine andere Person in dem Zimmer schnarcht.
