Lovely hotel, great location being situated in a quiet almost residential area so a guaranteed good night sleep and only a short walk into town. Great facilities, we played tennis and saw other guests rent bikes, there was a convenient shuttle bus to the beach too and plenty of sun loungers for a day by the pool. The staff were fantastic very friendly and even bought out a cake with a candle for my mother’s birthday, they helped to plan all our excursions and I had one of the best massages at the spa. Had a great time here so would absolutely recommend!

Location was good - nice pool area
Although sun beds were available I could imagine in busier times it would be cramped by the pool. Unfortunately the general staff weren’t very welcoming (not rude ) but not many smiles all very serious and no attempt to build relationship with pleasantries but this seems to align with general public outside of the hotel such as restaurant staff , taxi drivers etc ! Apartments seem to be a downgrade on the hotel in general and didn’t seem very well kept, not dirty but well worn. We did have issues with drainage and poo coming up through the shower and hotel weren’t that keen to move us into another room and seemed to consider we had put too much toilet paper in toilet ! Only one change of pool towels and no change of towels was unsustainable. Costs for pretty much everything was high and aligns with the Island ( 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas €240 on Cala Brandinchi beach) !
