Terradimare Resort&Spa

We had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, everything organized and clean. The spa was great and the prices of the spa services are not so high compared to other places, hopefully they will keep them that way. We will be back!

Lovely surroundings with well-manicured gardens, clean pool, room (#505) well-maintained with a patio for sitting and drying wet beach attire. Excellent buffet breakfast included with everything one would want for a healthy meal. Free on-sight parking. Easy access to downtown San Teodoro if one has a car, but many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was spectacular; if one didn't want to go to the beach the pool provided for sun or shade. Loved the idea of having a poolside bar open during the day and long into the night; even after the pool closed at 20:00.

I would have like a hot water kettle in the room, but that being said, the poolside bar provided hot water for tea which was much appreciated. Not sure why the pool closes at 20:00. Even one more hour would be great during those hot summer nights.

Great proximity to San Teodoro, good swimming pool, clean and plenty of parking.

Mattress is really uncomfortable, no dinner service at the hotel, and the lounges are all taken from 8am as people go and drop a towel to mark them. AC is loud in the room. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good and nice hotel but doesn’t cut the 4 star rating.

Although sun beds were available I could imagine in busier times it would be cramped by the pool. Unfortunately the general staff weren’t very welcoming (not rude ) but not many smiles all very serious and no attempt to build relationship with pleasantries but this seems to align with general public outside of the hotel such as restaurant staff , taxi drivers etc ! Apartments seem to be a downgrade on the hotel in general and didn’t seem very well kept, not dirty but well worn. We did have issues with drainage and poo coming up through the shower and hotel weren’t that keen to move us into another room and seemed to consider we had put too much toilet paper in toilet ! Only one change of pool towels and no change of towels was unsustainable. Costs for pretty much everything was high and aligns with the Island ( 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas €240 on Cala Brandinchi beach) !
