excellent location into a cultural city exploration

electronic doors when i got the hang of it was good. the location was a few mins from the walls of pisa and a bus stopright outside for ones from the train station. half a mile to the main coach station area felt very safe communication from the host was good and attentive bathroom was large

apartment walls are quite thin so you could hear things, such as the door locks quite a lot. we had difficulty with the plug sockets in the apartment as my normal euro plug didnt fit (italy have 2 standards). however we found more normal ones in the kitchen so used it to charge. bathroom shower felt dated with the shower curtain

Cheap and cheerful, there were no frills but that's exactly what we were expecting. For the price we paid we knew it wasn't going to be a palace, but it was an extremely convenient and cost efficient place to stop over for 1 night before our flight from Pisa. Spotlessly clean, fresh towels waiting, large (shared) clean bathroom. No air-con but the fan in the room was probably the best quality floor fan you could buy Very clear instructions about how to access the property.

There was nothing I could even complain about to be honest. We knew we weren't paying for air-con so that's not a legitimate downside.

Perfect location as it is close to bus and train station and tourist attractions (walking distance to the Leaning Tower of Pisa). Clean premises, peaceful environment, and smooth check-in/out (details were all provided).

Location - only a 5-10 minute walk to the tower. Remote access using your mobile phone worked well

Room was too hot. Only a ceiling fan and large floor standing fan provided. The room needs air conditioning in the summer months. Very basic.

Great location near the city center. Free parking on the street. Spacious room with balcony.

The place has thin walls so it can easily be very noisy. No coffee or tea to make yourself in the morning.

Water pressure was low, hot water slow. Room mates too loud because the walls are like paper, windows same… little bit cold, heating is low… etc…

The person that I kept in touch regarding the reservation was very nice and helpful. The building is located in a beautiful and quiet area, the room was big and clean. It was a big plus the fact that we had a balcony. Even though there is only one shared bathroom, there were no problems regarding the waiting time. Also, we appreciated the system used for self check-in and for accessing the building (in and out).

Living in this beautiful apartment was just great. Comfortable, clean,, has everything you need. Not far from the beach, next to a supermarket. Thanks to Franka for creating such pleasant memories of the holiday. We will definitely come back again.

Clean and good location

Nice clean accommodation with everything needed for a short stay. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk and bus goes straight to pisa centrale. Pisa tower is 10 minutes walk. We really liked this accommodation and will stay again. There is no onsite staff so all checkin and door access is done remotely. Our checkin was all smooth with no problems. Thanks to the host for a pleasant experience!

Good location, not far from citty center. Aprox. 12 minut walk to the Tower, good and comfy rooms. Whats is really cool, that nearby the palce is easy to park (lot of space and maybe for free ? Dont know, because was weekend).

Self check in could be very good system of check in, if is worring.... Otherwise, you can spend lots of time on the street and wait for ?...a miracle ? We tried many times, nothing, calling the number of the owner many times..no answer...After a hour he randomly pass by, so let us in and gave us the key...with just few words about no working wifi, so probably that the reason, why self chek in wasnt working too... Except for this, it was good place to stay in.

Location is good. Less than 10 min from the tower and easy to park the car in the street. Room and bathroom were cleaned. The owner answered quickly and very nice, even if we didn’t meet her.

Self chech-in, great location (only 10min walking from the Pisa tower) with free parking spot. The neighborhood is very quiet. Facilities proper and as advertised.

Awesome guest house in Pisa

Location is good. It's just 600 metres from leaning tower but away from noisy tourists crowd streets. Hosts: Yana&Massimo were helpful, they gave us a map with points of interests (recommended local pizza, nearest bus stop and place where to buy bus tickets, supermarkets and so on). We definitely like our stay in that lovely place and going recommend it to our friends.

Of course shared bathroom could be really annoying if guest house is packed and you have to wait to use a toilet. But hey, we knew it, so it's not compain, it's just the fact that for fair amount of money you get a lovely room with shared kitchen and bathroom.

Bueno para una noche, amplio y limpio

La ubicación a 12 min de la torre de Pisa. Limpio. El dueño súper amable. Hay una increíble heladería cerca.

Baño compartido, no había gel ni champú ni nada. Ventilador uno por habitación, aunque en Agosto con el calor fue insuficiente. El sistema para las llaves de la habitación algo lioso. Y para hacer el check-in online, la web muy exigente en registro con las fotos del DNI, tuvimos que repetir y hacer el proceso varias veces y perdimos mucho tiempo.
