Welcome to the stylishly furnished and cozy non-smoking vacation apartment “Morgensonne No. 05” in the Sterntaucher apartment building. This vacation complex, featuring 8 apartments, was built in 2017 in the Baltic Sea resort town of Thiessow on the Mönchgut Peninsula, in the heart of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. The Mönchgut Peninsula is truly special, with its deeply indented bays, cliffs, and sandy beaches. From the lighthouse tower in Thiessow, you’ll enjoy a sweeping panoramic view of the peninsula and the sea all the way to the mainland coast. The true charm lies in the unspoiled natural landscape. Mönchgut is easy to explore via numerous hiking and biking trails. Boat tours, kitesurfing, and other water activities are also available. The Bakenberg, the highest peak of the Zick Alps, offers a wonderful view. One of the most beautiful and expansive natural beaches is just 150 m from your vacation apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.
Haus Sterntaucher Apartment 05 with fireplace & balcony:
The approximately 81 m² vacation apartment is located on the top floor (1st floor) of the Sterntaucher apartment building. This non-smoking apartment is furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture and offers ample space for up to 2 to 4 adults plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. In the entryway, you’ll find a nautical-themed entryway set featuring a shoe cabinet, a bench, a tall cabinet, and a full-length mirror. The cozy seating area in the living room consists of a comfortable leather couch, a leather armchair, a wingback chair with a footstool, and a coffee table. A sideboard, a smart TV with a Blu-ray player, a Bose radio with a CD player, a small selection of CDs, various games, books, and magazines round out the space. You won’t have to go without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) while on vacation either—it’s included for your use. A cozy and inviting living atmosphere is further enhanced by a wood-burning stove and various light sources. From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, south-facing balcony, which is furnished with chairs. An additional beach chair and a parasol add to the cozy ambiance. Within the open-concept living and dining area is the comfortable built-in kitchen, featuring granite countertops, an induction cooktop with an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a ceramic sink, a refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker with a thermos, a Lavazza espresso machine, a milk frother, a blender, a hand mixer, and other kitchen utensils. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a round granite table and wicker chairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a wicker double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands with table lamps, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, a trunk-style dresser, and a small rocking chair. The second bedroom, which is decorated in a nautical style, features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands with table lamps, a wardrobe, and a desk. This bedroom is complemented by an additional flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms can be darkened with slatted shutters. The natural-light bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower with a glass door, a vanity with a built-in cabinet, a mirror, a hair dryer, a DAB radio, a magnifying mirror, a towel rack, a toilet, a heated towel rack, as well as a washer and dryer.
