The vacation apartment is equipped with a ventilation system, electric roller shutters, large terrace windows and doors, as well as underfloor heating and vinyl flooring and tiles in all rooms. It is lovingly furnished in a nautical style with high-quality solid wood furniture. The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children up to age 17. The welcoming entryway, featuring a coat rack, bench, mirror, and memo board, leads into the living-dining room with an open kitchenette. The comfortable kitchenette features an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a sink, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a ceramic cooktop, and various kitchen utensils. The adjacent utility room contains a washing machine for guests’ use. The spacious dining area features a large table with 6 chairs and two high chairs. In the cozy living area, the large corner sofa invites you to relax and watch TV. A 4K TV with a soundbar, smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and reading lamp are provided for this purpose. You won’t have to go without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) even while on vacation—it’s included for you. The display cabinet houses a small selection of games and movies. The large bedroom features a writing desk, a large wardrobe, a king-size double bed with two 1.00 m x 2.00 m mattresses (60 cm high with adjustable slatted frames), nightstands, and a smart TV. The adventurous children’s bedroom features four cozy berths in two bunk beds for daring pirates or princesses. Ample storage space for belongings can be found in the changing table and the large wardrobe. A large treasure chest filled with toys invites children to explore. All beds are equipped with comfortable cold-foam mattresses. Two travel cribs with additional mattresses are included. The naturally lit bathroom features a sink, heated towel rack, hair dryer, lighted mirror, makeup mirror, toilet, and walk-in shower, as well as additional ventilation. The three large, nearly barrier-free terraces—facing east or south and furnished with patio furniture—offer plenty of space for playing together, relaxing, and barbecuing. This comfortable, allergy-friendly vacation rental includes a private parking space (No. 03), a private shed with storage for bicycles, a portable kettle grill, and a handcart. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens.
