A private terrace and a section of the garden invite you to relax outdoors. It’s ideal for families, seniors, and those seeking peace and quiet; small dogs are also welcome. The kilometers-long, fine-sand beaches offer both an eastern beach and a natural western beach, and include not only traditional swimming areas but also nude and dog-friendly beaches. Active vacationers can enjoy a wide range of activities, such as biking, jogging, or kitesurfing. The peaceful surroundings, small cafés, and the regular Rügen market in the port of Thiessow highlight the town’s special charm. Thiessow is located in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve and serves as an ideal starting point for hikes and guided tours with rangers through the unique natural landscape of the Mönchgut region. The nearby harbor, featuring a restaurant as well as a fish and delicatessen shop, also invites visitors to linger. A special highlight is the pilot tower on the local mountain, which offers an impressive panoramic view of Mönchgut and the surrounding islands. The well-known Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, and Baabe are easily accessible by car, bus, or bicycle and offer a wide selection of restaurants as well as diverse shopping opportunities.



Haus Möwe, Apt. 01 with terrace & fireplace/Thiessow:

This comfortable, approximately 65 m² single-level, light-filled, 3-room non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor of the “Möwe” building. Access is via a separate, covered entrance on the gable end of the building. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a sofa corner, a coffee table, a floor lamp, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, and a DAB radio. A wood-burning stove is available for use during the cooler months. The adjacent, modern kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and other kitchen utensils. A dining table completes the area. From the living area, you can step out onto the approximately 16 m² southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with chairs, a parasol, and a small garden area. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a clothes rack, and a closet. The parking space (No. 01) assigned to the apartment is located directly next to the building. Bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you can be stored in the attached shed (No. 01). You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional fee, or you can bring your own to supplement it. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
