The Sanddorn property is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Thiessow on Strandstraße in the so-called Surfpark, a new development area. The apartment building, which has a total of 8 vacation apartments, is about a 100-meter walk from the Baltic Sea beach. Apartment 4, “Strandläufer,” is located on the first floor and faces south. It features 2 terraces (east/south). All windows and doors are equipped with electric roller shutters.

The bright and spacious 3-room comfort apartment No. 04 in Haus Sanddorn is modernly furnished and impresses with its clever floor plan. This non-smoking vacation apartment, measuring approximately 67 m², is located on the first floor of the building and features 2 large terraces. The living area features a corner couch (which can be converted into a bed for a fifth person; 1.30 m x 2.00 m), a coffee table, a reading chair with a footstool, and a TV stand with a smart TV, Blu-ray player, and DAB radio with USB, Bluetooth, and a CD player. Wi-Fi access rounds out the technological amenities. Board games and vacation reading material are also provided. On cooler days, the fireplace provides cozy warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. You’re welcome to book firewood as needed. The adjacent kitchenette blends seamlessly into the living area. To help you enjoy every meal, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and various kitchen utensils. A comfortable dining area rounds out the space. From the living/dining area, you can step out onto your furnished and covered terrace (east/south). A patio umbrella, two lounge chairs, a beach chair, and a grill ensure the perfect setting for relaxation. The first bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. From here, you also have access to one of the two terraces. The second bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a wardrobe, insect screens, and a flat-screen TV. Here, too, you have the option of stepping out onto one of the two terraces. External roller blinds—found throughout the entire apartment—ensure a quiet and restful night’s sleep in both bedrooms. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washer with an integrated dryer, a sink area, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, a stool, and storage shelves. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures pleasant warmth. For our younger guests, one high chair is included. A travel crib can be booked or brought from home. You can lock away any bicycles you’ve brought or rented in the shed (No. 04) that belongs to your apartment. One pet is welcome, provided it has its own sleeping area, for a fee. Pets must be kept on a leash on the property. A parking space (No. 04) is located directly at the property. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or you can provide your own. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
