This modern, lovingly furnished, and bright non-smoking vacation apartment is designed in the style of a maisonette with a separate entrance, accommodating up to 4 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old) in a travel crib, has a floor area of approximately 62 m², divided into a living/dining area on the first floor and 2 bedrooms in the attic. In the living and dining area, a large dining table with 5 chairs, a leather corner sofa, and a reading lamp invite you to relax. On cooler days, enjoy the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove. The technical amenities include a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a stereo system with DAB radio. Free Wi-Fi access is, of course, available. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, waffle iron, and other handy appliances. A vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a clothes drying rack round out the amenities. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bedroom with the double bed is also equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Nightstands, wardrobes, and blackout pleated blinds round out the bedroom furnishings. The attic also features a bathroom with natural light, a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. Another guest restroom is located on the first floor. All windows on the first floor are equipped with roller shutters; those in the living/dining area are motorized. Each bedroom has one window with a pleated blind and a roller shutter, as well as a small window with a pleated blind. All rooms have underfloor heating, and some also have insect screens. There is storage space for your surfboards and bicycles in a lockable shed. A washing machine is included for your use. Look forward to sunny vacation days and summer evenings on the 28-square-meter south-facing terrace, complete with patio furniture, a small grill, and a parasol. A small lawn for your private use and parking space No. 01 are located directly in front of the house. For younger guests, 1 travel crib (110 x 63 cm) and 1 high chair are included. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
