The Haus Sanddorn apartment building is located just 130 meters from the beautiful, wide sandy beach. The approximately 61-square-meter apartment features high-end amenities and is perfect for up to 4 people. A wood-burning stove for colder days is just one part of the high standard of comfort. The sun shines all day long on the apartment’s spacious private terrace. A supermarket (about 700 m away) and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes are nearby. Not far away, the Bodden beaches (ideal surfing and kitesurfing spots), the Klein-Zickeralpen, Bodden dikes, and a small fishing and sailing harbor invite you to take a stroll. By bike, you can explore the entire beautiful Mönchgut region on well-maintained bike paths, taking in the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach, the glacial hills of the Zicker Alps, and idyllic villages and country roads. Other highlights include day trips to the historic Baltic Sea resorts (e.g., Binz, Sellin) and other famous natural attractions on Rügen (e.g., the Jasmund chalk cliffs, Cape Arkona, and the island of Hiddensee) by bike, car, bus, or even the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway (departing from Göhren).

This 3-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the first floor and, at approximately 61 square meters, offers ample space for up to 4 people. The apartment is furnished to a high standard. On colder evenings, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. Firewood (while supplies last) is included for your use. The vacation apartment features high-quality granite flooring, and the two bedrooms have high-quality hardwood floors. Insect screens and electric roller shutters have been installed on every window. The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, a reading lamp, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi (included), and a stereo system with DAB radio. From the living room and the second bedroom, you can access the furnished terrace, which features a parasol, a beach chair, a sun lounger, and a grill. From here, you have a view facing south. The open and exclusive kitchen is integrated into the living area and fully equipped. Kitchen appliances such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a cozy dining area—along with various other kitchen utensils—round out the cooking and kitchen area. Each bedroom features a double bed (bed dimensions: Bedroom 1 – 1.80 m x 2.00 m / Bedroom 2 – 1.40 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, and a wardrobe. The natural-light bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and toilet. For our younger guests, 1 travel crib (without mattress or bedding) is included. In addition, a washing machine is available for your use at no extra charge. You can store any bicycles you bring with you or rent in a storage room designated for the apartment. A reserved parking space (No. 03) is also available for you. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels, 2 dish towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or you can bring your own to supplement it.
