Building A - Apartment 01 with terrace - F: Lotsenberg Apartments, with 8 apartments

This non-smoking vacation rental is located on the first floor and spans approximately 60 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to 4 adults. The spacious and bright living-dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette. With a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and waffle iron, you can customize your cozy cooking evenings to your liking. A matching dining area completes the cozy atmosphere. In the adjoining living area, a comfortable couch (which can be converted into a bed for a 3rd or 4th person, 1.50 m x 1.95 m) with a coffee table, a reading chair with a footstool, and a TV stand contribute to your relaxation. The technical amenities include a smart TV, a DAB Bluetooth radio, and Wi-Fi. From the living area, you can step out onto your furnished south-facing terrace with a patio umbrella, where you can relax and wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine. Bright and cheerfully decorated, a cozy bedroom awaits you, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with 5-zone pocket-coil mattresses, nightstand shelves, a spacious wardrobe, and a smart TV. The sleeping area also features curtains that are virtually opaque and provide good privacy and sun protection. Insect screens in the living and sleeping areas ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a sink. In the neighboring building C, you can use a washing machine and a dryer for a fee. An ironing board and an iron are also available there. The apartment also includes a vacuum cleaner, a broom with a dustpan set, a clothes rack, and a laundry basket. Pets are not allowed. Barbecuing in the designated communal area is perfect for cozy evenings. For relaxation, there’s a coin-operated sauna with a small relaxation room in the basement of House B. You can park a limited number of bicycles in the communal basement or on the property. One parking space is included. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.

To ensure we always have the right apartment for all our guests, we offer two different apartment types to choose from. We offer apartments for couples, families, friends, or everyone together. A total of eight vacation apartments are available in two buildings for your getaway—four apartments for up to 4 people and four apartments for up to 6 people. A coin-operated sauna with a small relaxation room in the basement of Building B invites you to unwind. The child-friendly beach—a long, sweeping bay on the beautiful Baltic Sea—is just a 5-minute walk away. You’ll find a store for daily necessities, a bus stop, and a bike rental service within a 500-meter radius.
