Thiessow, a quaint little village in the heart of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, is situated on a narrow spit of land between the outer coast and the Bodden at the most picturesque end of the island. Here you’ll find Haus Möwe, with just five apartments. The kilometers-long, fine-sand natural beaches are only about 100 meters from the house, and the biking and hiking trails that begin right at the front door lead through the unique natural landscape of Mönchgut. Shopping options and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. A bike rental station is just a few minutes’ walk away. Surfers and kiteboarders will find everything they’re looking for at the nearby West Beach in the Surf Oasis. The harbor of Thiessow, with its fishing boats and sailing yachts, has a special charm and hosts market days twice a week from May through October, featuring a wide variety of regional products.



Haus Möwe, Apartment 03 with terrace & fireplace:

This comfortable, light-filled 3-room apartment (non-smoking), approximately 65 m² in size, is located on the first floor of Haus Möwe. It is accessed via a covered, separate entrance on the gable end of the building and is perfect for 2 to 4 adults plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. In the entryway, you’ll find a coat rack and a bench, from which you can access all the rooms. The combined living/dining area is furnished with a cozy sofa corner complete with a coffee table and a floor lamp, a smart TV, and a mini stereo system with an USB port. Wi-Fi access rounds out the amenities. A wood-burning stove is also available for cozy evenings during the colder months. Adjacent to the living area is the modern kitchenette, featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and other practical kitchen utensils. The dining table complements the space. From here, you can step out onto your approximately 16 m² southwestern-facing terrace, furnished with chairs, a patio umbrella, a small adjoining garden area, and a charcoal grill. The large bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted bed frames, nightstands, and a spacious closet with a safe. The small bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames and two dressers. Pleated blinds, electric exterior roller shades, and insect screens ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a heated towel rack, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. In the small storage closet, accessible from the hallway, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, and cleaning supplies. All rooms are equipped with wood-trimmed stone floors throughout, underfloor heating, and an automatic ventilation system. Pets are not allowed. The parking space (No. 03) assigned to the apartment is located directly across from your front door. The spacious storage room (No. 03), available exclusively for your use to store your own or rented bicycles, surf gear, and beach equipment, is also located right on the property. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
