In any case, relaxation is guaranteed. The 56 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-unit vacation property and features a 10 m² covered balcony. This balcony offers a fantastic view of the Bodden at any time.

This non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor, with its approximately 60 m², offers plenty of space for up to 2 to 4 people. Through an entryway, you’ll reach the apartment’s spacious main hallway, which features a large coat closet. All other rooms are also accessible from here. The cozy living area will impress you with its large window front, which also provides access to your furnished balcony (west/northwest), where you can start your morning or end your evening with a magnificent, sweeping view of Klein Zicker. An elegant couch converts into a comfortable sleeping area with a cold-foam mattress for 2 people (1.60 m x 2.00 m). Two armchairs, a large coffee table, a reading lamp, a tall cabinet, a DAB radio, a smart TV that meets all your multimedia needs, and complimentary Wi-Fi access round out the living area. Adjacent to this, behind handle-less cabinet fronts, is a modern kitchenette equipped with a ceramic sink, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven with an integrated microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a coffee maker—leaving nothing to be desired. The dining table, with its driftwood look, creates a regional connection and, together with its cozy chairs, rounds out the look. The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands with reading lamps, a modern wardrobe with sliding doors, as well as a smart TV and an insect screen. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, makeup mirror, hair dryer, sink, and various cabinets and storage options. The entire apartment can be darkened with pleated blinds. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the building’s basement for a fee. A drying rack and various cleaning supplies are provided in your apartment. Pets are not allowed. Your private parking space (No. 13) is located at the back of the building. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the building’s basement, where there is also an electrical outlet. There is also a communal barbecue area on the property. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more sets, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time addition.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
