The Haus Sanddorn apartment building is located just 130 meters from the beautiful, wide sandy beach. The approximately 75-square-meter duplex apartment offers high-end amenities and is perfect for 2–4 people. The sun shines all day long on the apartment’s two large private balconies. A supermarket (about 700 meters away) and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes are nearby. Not far from here, beaches (ideal for surfing and kitesurfing), the Klein-Zicker-Alpen, dikes, and a small harbor invite you to take a stroll. By bike, you can explore the entire Mönchgut Peninsula along well-maintained bike paths, taking in the kilometer-long fine-sand beach, the hills of the Zicker Alps, and idyllic villages and country roads.



Haus Sanddorn, Apartment 05 with 2 balconies:

This 3-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the upper and top floors (please note: steep stairs) and, with 75 square meters, offers ample space for 2–4 people. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and also includes a drinking water filtration system. On colder evenings, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. High-quality stone and hardwood floors have been installed throughout the vacation rental. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and armchair, an LED TV, and a stereo system. You won’t have to go without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) during your vacation either—it’s included for you. Both the living room and the bedroom open onto south-facing balconies. The second balcony leads off the living area and is furnished with beautiful wicker furniture. The open and exclusive kitchen is integrated into the living area and is fully equipped. Kitchen appliances such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as a dining area and other kitchen utensils, round out the cooking and kitchen area. The first bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), nightstands, and a wardrobe. The upper bedroom can be darkened with pleated blinds; it features two single beds (which can also be pushed together to form a double bed) and a walk-in closet. There is ample space here to store suitcases or travel bags. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink with a large mirror, a hair dryer, and a toilet. A washing machine is also available for your use and is included in the rental. A reserved parking space (No. 05) is also provided for you. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
