Unbelievable staff - polite attentive and helpful - Tracey on reception is a winner - 🥇 this hotel knocks it outta the park for great service
The sundeck / sky bar and pool are in desperate need of an upgrade and maintenance- this hotel could charge double if their was attention paid to maintenance issues

Every member of staff I met was polite, helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to be made to feel so welcome, especially as I was travelling alone. I also witnessed the staff being kind to other guests. The room was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool area a very nice place for a morning or evening swim (the pool is not big, but it is possible to stretch out in and swim a few strokes, it is not a hot tub!). The location was perfect for me and breakfast was as good as any other hotel I had visited on the trip.
When I was up at the pool in the mornings, the beer cans and cigarettes from the previous night were still there. It would be great if the hotel could check the rooftop first thing in the morning and empty the ashtrays.
