We experienced the most excellent service at the Aira Boutique Hotel. The staff here are amazing. Service always comes with a smile, a helpful gesture, and a polite and respectful tone.
The hotel was super clean and hygienic.
The location is fantastic for exploring all the local sites, including Train Street which is an experience you will not want to miss!
A small thing but the vanity mirror in the bathroom needed more light. Maybe replace it with an internally lit one.

Very friendly and personable staff! After travel three weeks of travelling through Vietnam and meeting so many wonderful and welcoming locals, this hotel was perfect to our trip and topped everything. Highly recommended!
The pool was a little small, but very stylish, and it was fantastic to be able to swim above the treetops of Hanoi!

Good location for the city
Very bad smell in our room, mold and dirty shower amenities, the door, wall and crevices looked like they were never cleaned
