    This hotel deserves a 5 star rating. Great location, almost brand new, helpful and friendly staff who can speak English at various levels, great rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms in 2 different visits), good facilities, good price. I will stay there again when I return to Hanoi. Thank you 😁

    The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with bike rentals, opened doors, and always greeted us with a smile. Housekeeping also did a great job tidying the room—they even neatly folded all the clothes we had left lying around, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, there were also some significant downsides. The toilet had not been cleaned properly before we checked in, and it still wasn’t cleaned properly during any of the three days we stayed. The breakfast was also quite disappointing if you appreciate a good breakfast, although it’s acceptable considering it’s included in the room rate. Overall, this hotel offers reasonable value for the price, but I wouldn’t describe it as “premium.” It’s a decent, standard hotel in a great location, but the cleanliness issues and underwhelming breakfast keep it from living up to its name.
