Very helfpul and friendly staffs and front desk people. Shout out to Ivy, Lily, and Quin for good service. Good breakfast too, we loved their pho! Very nice location

Super happy to have picked this hotel during our stay in Hanoi! The room was clean and had adequate space for our luggages. The breakfast was amazing. The staff are over the top. From the reception to the dining area for breakfast. All of them are super nice and accommodating. Especially Linh who helped us since day 1 with booking our tours and preparing our itenerary! She is the best. All the staff here are awesome!!! Would definitely back here again! Highly recommend!

Glad we only stay for one night. Hotel were fully booked so we were upgraded to a family suite. We had lock issues on both days. 1st day we couldn't lock our door, 2nd day we were locked out of our room. Room had a musky smell. The complimentary tea n coffee had a certain dampness to it. You can feel it even without opening the packaging. The cotton buds were mouldy. Wish I had taken a picture before throwing it away. That goes to show either the room type we were given an upgrade wasn't use regularly or the items were not replaced after the guests have checked out. Nevertheless the staff were exceptional. Spoke good English and were very helpful. So were I be back? No.
