I would have liked it if the resturants were closer, but pllenty of options just jump on the 38 bus

Close to the tube station and well connected to any area of Paris. The flat was good enough, decent experience for what you pay. the host Claire was responding to any of my queries really quick, so that was good too.
the neighbourhood is not the best in terms of the people around but I did not have any bad experience with them. A thing to improve from my point of view will be the bedsheets and towels, they were clean but look old, so a new set of bedsheets could lift up the environment in the apartment. Also, keep an eye on the washing machine as I found clothes in it and that should not be the case.
