The accommodation overlooking the inner courtyard includes:
- A loft bedroom with a low ceiling (1.10 m) and a mattress on the floor;
- A kitchenette with a removable hotplate ;

For your information, the subway runs underneath the apartment. The vibrations and noise may disturb sensitive sleepers. For those who are sensitive to noise, we recommend using earplugs.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including a Wi-Fi connection, TV, microwave, hairdryer, Tassimo coffee machine, iron, fridge, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- It's close to public transport: a stone's throw from Gare de l'Est, which is served by metro lines 4, 5 and 7, Transilien line P, and buses 30, 31, 32, 38, 39, 46, 47, 56, 65 and 350.
- It's also close to the Marché couvert Saint-Quentin, just 150 m away.

Local restaurants include "Les Enfants Perdus" at 9 rue des Récollets and "Chez Chartier" opposite the station.
For your daily needs, you'll find a "G20" supermarket just a 3-minute walk away.

The first metro on line 4 of the RATP network leaves from Gare de l'Est station at 5:30 a.m., and the last metro on this line leaves at 0:47 a.m.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the city is famous, such as :
- Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, 13 minutes by metro.
- Palais Garnier, 12 minutes by metro.
- Musée du Louvre, 14 minutes by metro.

The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.

Location was convenient and property was nice but very small, as described. Bathroom is very cramped, so guests should be aware. Sofa bed ok, but sags toward middle. Upstairs mattress fine but both sleeping areas might be tough on stays longer than a few days. TV - you need to bring your own device and cables if you plan to watch anything. Climate Control - seems to have air-conditioning (not controllable?) in the apartment. Made it comfortable during warm days. Cleanliness - it needed to be better cleaned, long black hairs in every room (and shelf) suggested this could be better. Wi-Fi - instructions provided for internet were wrong, the router was there but isn't connected. Luckily a short search uncovered a 4G wireless device that provided connectivity, albeit poorly. Check-In - instructions for locating the key/lockbox could be clearer. Perhaps consider telling guests that they should "cycle/spin" each digit on the combination lock past one rotation or the lockbox won't open, even with the correct code.

Overall, the stay was good enough to merely sleep at for a few nights, however we faced issues during our stay, such as the power going out three times, and the TV not working throughout our entire stay. It was difficult to contact the host, as they were communicating with me every few days through 3 different apps and weren’t that timely or responsive. Nice place, and great location for anyone looking to stay in Paris. I recommend 2 people max for the size of this property.
