L’emplacement idéal, la superficie de l’appartement et de l’immeuble accueillant.
Propre à l’accueil mais mérite un nettoyage plus approfondi de temps en temps ( poubelle sale, beaucoup de poussière sous le lit qui vole,beaucoup de toile d’araignée dans les angles, plinthes à nettoyer)

Confort convenable, mention particulière pour la présence de la clim.
On a dû attendre plus d'une heure en plein après midi de canicule, que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir. L'appartement n'était pas plus propre pour autant. D'étranges coups frappés dans la journée, l'appartement se trouve au dessus d'un boucher, d'où les coups de hachoir sur le billot qui résonnent... Il faut oublier la sieste
