Kleines gemütliches Apartment.
Top Lage in einer sehr belebten und schönen Gegend, was aber auch als Nachteil gesehen werden kann wenn man es ruhig haben möchte, da es nachts schon sehr laut ist. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.
Man hört auch die Nachbaren.
Vielleicht ein bisschen sehr klein und eng, was wir aber auch gemütlich fanden.

The property is easily accessible from Gare du Nord, by walking. Of course other modes of transport like the metro and buses are also available. The host, Andrea, is very welcoming and provided more than adequate instructions and helpful tips.
Nothing. Although note that the bathroom is pretty small, but manageable and should not be a deal breaker.

The location was great, plenty of Cafe's, boulangeries, bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. there was a good friendly vibe. Plenty of transport links close at hand, very easy to navigate yourself to other parts of the city from here.
There were renovations happening to the building during my stay, the view out the windows was blocked by scaffolding and plastic sheeting. It probably would have bugged me more if I was staying for longer than a few days.

Piccolo appartamento vicino al canale st martin in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a metro e bus. Noi abbiamo fatto molte escursioni a piedi. L'appartamento è piccolo ma pulito ed è al primo piano quindi anche comodo. La notte era silenzioso e di giorno luminoso, la zona ha intorno dei ristoranti ma non c'è confusione. Andrea è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Sotto l'appartamento c'è una libreria bellissima e accanto boulangerie e piccoli alimentari.
L'appartamento per tre persone è un po' piccolo ma lo sapevamo perché è una caratteristica di Parigi, siamo stati comunque bene.
