Lage, Lage, Lage! Einfach für uns eine top Lage. Nettes kleines Appartement. Gut abgesichertes Wohnhaus. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Maëlle, Tu as toujours été disponible pour nous et tu nous as offert un service de première qualité. Grâce à toi, notre séjour à Paris a été encore plus agréable. Un grand merci pour ton accueil, ta gentillesse et ton professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Wie andere bereits berichtet haben: ich würde ein kleine Duschgardine zum duschen empfehlen. Und in der Dusche einen Fensterabzieher in der Dusche.

The access and entry details were prompt, efficient and easily understood. Location, cleanliness and secure access were great. Beautiful interior. Good storage and enough room for two adults and a child. Linen was clean for everyone and enough towels. Having the washing machine was an added bonus. Close to transport and food options. Good vibe.
Sofa bed was a little dodgy, all worked with the topper but not solid. Bathroom needs a hook or towel rail. Some slight defects (knob off the wardrobe, shower vanity expanded due to proximity to the shower)

It had a great usable kitchen. Close to Gare du Nord
Very noisy location. Restaurant and bar below the window that ran to early hours of the morning most nights. Very hot in the apartment. Asked if there was a fan and was told to open the windows which was impracticable for sleep due to the noise.
