Lovely apartment with 2 good bedrooms and bathrooms one of which is en suite, in a great location. Only 2 minute walk from Betty's Tea room and shops. On first floor but has a lift. Beautiful views of Minster.

Once we were able to check in, we did not have any other difficulties. The apartment was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Very conveniently located to everything. The difficulty was entering in the later evening. It was confusing. Once in, no other problems.

We had a great time staying in 12 Stonegate Court. It couldn't have been better. And we hope to come again soon and enjoy the appartment near the minster and midst the old town of York.

We had 3 nights here, the location is fantastic literally can’t get anymore central than this.
There were a few quite disappointing issues inside the properly that needs addressing -for the price point this apartment is at its dissatisfactory.
The metal Venetian blinds were extremely dusty and some of the mechanism were breaking. The kick board (skirting) along the sink and dishwasher in the kitchen kept falling off! This wasn’t a pretty sight. The tv signal was really bad wether it was through the Ariel or the internet sometimes it was unwatchable. The sink and shower in the en-suite kept filling with water so some drainage issues there not being maintanined.
I know iv written a lot of negatives but the things iv listed are big things In my opinion. the size of the apartment was perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table a lot The beds were comfortable and there was fans in each bedroom which was lovely. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus
