I liked the stay, however, I'm sad about the pet fee

What I liked: the view form the window and the interior of the room. The kitchen and dining room had this vintage feeling and it was really cute. The lady was kind and helpful. Check in was in person.

The fee per dog (even a small one) is 40EUR per night. The breakfast was rather small and limited (esp. bad for someone with lactose intolerance). The check-in, make sure you ring the bell upon arrival or something, so they know you're there and can check you in. There is no reception - which is not a bad thing, it's just a statement :) There is no kettle in the room :(

The location is excellent, the environment is beautiful and quiet, the terrace is sunny, the decoration is traditional and elegant, the bed and shower room are clean and comfortable, the host prepared a rich and delicious breakfast, it feels very warm.

it would be better if a kettle could be provided.

Wonderful stay near the lake

Amazing hotel very close to the lake. It was very easy to reach the lake when we wanted to. We got a room with a wonderful view to the mountains. Very beautiful room and very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Recomend

A step from the sky

The family host and the staff have been so nice and communicative. The location of this maso gives full immersive connection with the surrounding environment and peaceful scenery. Facility and room clean and tidy.

The place was interesting with a lot of quirky things around

The room was spacious but there was no fridge no soap in the shower and the towels were old and felt mire like sand paper. I was expecting mire for the price we paid

Location lovely on hill about town of Braies. Family run boutique hotel. Lovely breakfast with selection of savoury and sweet foods.

No water, tea, coffee, kettle in room. Booked a double room/bed but had a single duvet- very strangle. Bath towels very old and frayed.

not worth for money

Hotel owner is very nice. He advised us about hotel facilities, time to visit Lake Braies. View from window is wonderful. Bathroom is good.

-location in google map is incorrect. About 1 km. from actual location. We arrived late (~ 10 pm.). So we faced very difficulty to find the hotel. We have to call the hotel owner. However it’s still hard to find the way to hotel since it’s very dark at that time. -The hotel decor with some statues, dolls which somehow scare my wife. (Not our style) -Breakfast is not good (only bread, cake, dessert, banana, yogurt. No any meat, egg) We expected better breakfast. Since this hotel has highest price among other hotel in our trip.

Views are nice and rooms clean but deplorable tenants.

Rooms are basic but fine and views are nice.

The tenants, specifically the lady, was exceptionally rude. We arrived slightly late (hours before the check-in close) and the woman berated us and spewed such hatred towards us. She didn’t tell us anything about amenities, WiFi passwords, anything about the hotel and just stormed off. She tried to take our passports overnight (god knows why). We needed to use a fridge for some food items and she tried to charge us €10 for fridge use when the rooms themselves cost €250+ a night. Just despicable. Never coming back here

It was nice but we left feeling we overpaid and stayed at a very basic property.

The view is spectacular, and the owner was very kind and helpful.

The room is very basic and very poorly appointed. Breakfast was also quite basic. The property is about 5.5 km from the lake Braies and not 300 meters. The big issue is the value. When booked, the property was not advertised in Booking.Com as the Agritourism it turned out to be and we were tempted to pay 250 Euro per night, which is at least 100 Euro higher than equivalent Agritourism rooms in the area.

Over priced and not value for money😭

The view from the room was wonderful.

the room was much smaller than the photo and room is quite old and ambience is quite gloomy so as the whole building. Nothing looked like it was shown in photo. More like farm stay. When we stayed, the smell of cow's shit was strong becuz where the cow is is next to the building. So, when we went out on the balcony for amazing view, cow shit smell was so strong. We cannot open the door of our room. Breakfast was okay and the host was helpful even the lady of the house did not look that friendly. Over-priced from my opinion.

Bedside light had no bulb in it so we had to use the main room light. The road to the farmhouse isn’t in the best condition. Signage could have been better. When we arrived we weren’t sure where to go.

Would highly recommend. Exceptionally clean, welcoming, and an unbeatable location. An easy to navigate, 10 minute bus ride to the start of Alta Via 1/ Lago di braies. Owners were wonderful, breakfast was great, and the views were exceptional.

Helmut, Valentina & Slavs - they were helpful, kind, and generous. We really enjoyed the beautiful location and views. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - best eggs! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing family hotel with its own history and hospitable hosts! Fabulous views around, perfect cleanliness, wonderful breakfast. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Unfortunately we had a very short time, only one night, to visit Lake Braies, which is 5-7 min away by car. We will be happy to return again. It was okay but not worth the money

It was in a nice location and was beautiful from the outside. The bed was large and comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was nice and modern.

No one was there to greet us, it was not easy to find someone. There was no restaurant so we had to drive to find somewhere to eat, breakfast was not great. They offered us scrambled eggs and we got a chopped fried egg that tasted a few days past its best by date
