Unfortunately the room was not what we expected room is something from the 70s Cold ,very uncomfortable bed ,toilet really outdated terrible We had issue with the room being cold we did go to reception and reported the issue ,and the answer we got was put a blanket on you as we have extra blanket in the room , Obviously that wasn't enough, so a small eletric heater size of my hand was given ,we plugged in to the room and it blew up and the power and I had expensive equipment charging now damaged ,we wanted to leave we did ring other hotels Unfortunately all was booked we had no choice to stay not worth money not one bit made me feel very Uncomfortable Im being brutally honest the was not care given to us ,not offering anything no another room or anything horrible experience Just one good thing to say the guy that checked us in was very friendly thats the only good experience We have stayed in remote places in the alps with better quality stay

Perfect spot for fun & relaxation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garni Appartments Helvetia and Villabassa. Balcony room was lovely, amazing view, newly renovated bathroom. The owner and son were both super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh everyday. The town was very relaxing with an amazing 5 hectare wellness park within a couple of minutes walk. We spent a lot of time here just enjoying nice quiet spots. We also hire bikes in town from Braisrent and got a discount thanks to the owner mentioning it. The ride to Lagos Di Brais and to the view of the Tre Cime were both easy enough rides on e-bikes. We’d recommend doing both, we did them over 2 days but could be done in one if you’re fit enough! We ate dinner at the Tennis Bar by Andy two of the night we were there as it was a close walk, in the wellness park. We ate the ribs & chips bbq special on Saturday night and it was delicious and only EUR20. Overall there was plenty to do and see in this area and nice places to rest and relax, both at the accommodation and over the road in Kurpark if that’s your preference. Definitely recommend.

We found the bed a bit too firm for our liking, but that’s a personal preference. We also found the room quite warm as there was no air con or fan. During the night it was fine with windows open but during the day it was quite warm with the summer sun hitting the balcony.

Comfortable stay

Room was clean and staff was extremely nice and,helpful. Gave us lots of suggestions. Breakfast was good We need to check out a day earlier and wasn't expecting a refund as it was a decision we made. But staff tried to help if they,can refund us.

Loved the view from the balcony!

Beautiful views from the balcony. Villabassa is a quaint town with scenic hikes and is a good location to take transit to other towns and hikes like, Dobbiaco/Toblach, Lake Braies and Tre Cime. The room seemed recently renovated and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not too many resturant options in walking distance available in mid-June.

Beautiful location. Nice, big room and bathroom with great view from the balcony. Easy access to the lakes and hiking areas. Friendly owner and staff. Good breakfast.

A kettle in the room would have been nice to be able to enjoy a coffee or tea on the balcony.

Cute hotel with great staff

The room is comfortable with great little balcony. The hotel is located in a nice little town. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful with travel recommendations. There are also laundry facilities at the hotel.

Fantastisch verblijf met toplocatie en top personeel

De locatie van het hotel was super. Je had er alles wat je nodig had en een bushalte op wandelafstand die je brengt naar alle mooie plekjes in de Dolomieten. Ideaal voor Lago di braies en de tre chime te bezoeken. We werden super warm onthaalt door het personeel en er werd regelmatig gevraagd wat we gingen doen die dag, gevolgd met de nodig tips. Ze zijn allemaal zeer toegankelijk. Wijzelf kwamen aan met een elektrisch voertuig en mochten gebruik maken van de laadpaal die aanwezig was. Wij verbleven in de budgetkamer die voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het ontbijt had ook alles wat je nodig had zonder teveel te zijn. Wij zullen zeker terugkomen als we er de kans toe hebben.

Het is een iets kleinere badkamer. Maar dit was voor ons geen probleem, als je de budget kamer kiest is dit perfect normaal. Toen wij toekwamen was de kamer zeer koud. De dag erna hadden ze voor ons de verwarming aangezet zonder dat we erom moesten vragen. (met andere woorden: ze nemen zelf initiatief)

オーナーも従業員も親切で、困っていた事にも相談にのってくれた。トレチーメの駐車場予約が取れていなかったので、バスを使う便利な方法などアドバイスをしてくれました

泊まったのが、別棟のエコノミーの部屋だった為、エレベーターなどは無くベランダからの眺めは今ひとつ

Sehr empfehlenswert und ruhige Lage.

Super nette Leute mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung. Alle wirklich extrem freundlich. Leckeres Frühstück, Obst hätte für meinen Geschmack noch mehr sein können, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Waschmaschine fand ich auch sehr praktisch. Haben wir genutzt.

Starší, ale útulný pokoj s balkonem a výhledem na hory. Každý den se pokoje uklízeli a měli jsme vždy čisto. Domluva na recepci byla bez problémů, parkovací místo přímo u hotelu. Lokalita skvělá, mnoho výletů v okolí, město pár minut autem.

Na pokoji bylo docela chladno, ale nic co by mikina a teplé ponožky nevyřešily.

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück in Büffet Form, schöner Frühstücksraum, aufmerksame Gastgeber Parkplatz hinter Hotel. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, Ebenerdig, leider keine Aussicht auf die Berge wie vom Haupthaus

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist etwas eng und ausgefahren, Freisitz vor dem Zimmer hätte etwas Pflege nötig

Schöner Aufenthalt zum Wandern.

Die Lage war gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sicht auf die Berge. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Da wir sehr früh zu der Umrundung der Drei Zinnen gefahren sind wurde uns ein sehr reichlichen Lunchpaket mitgegeben.

Das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre von Vorteil.

Top personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt ook wat vroeger dan aangegeven goed geregeld en lekker.

Sicuramente un punto a favore della struttura è la posizione. Comoda, facile da raggiungere e ben situata tra le varie destinazione di maggiore interesse. Inoltre i proprietari e lo staff sono sempre disponibili e cordiali pronti a venire incontro a qualsiasi tipo di esigenza.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che tra la struttura principale e la depandance ci sia un abisso di 40 anni. Arredamento fermo agli anni 80, per non parlare del letto, vecchio e che scricchiolava terribilmente al minimo movimento. Un telefono vecchissimo e la moquette ormai datata. Insomma tutto un po' obsoleto ma più che altro ciò che è dispiaciuto è che basterebbe davvero poco per dare una rinfrescata.

avevo fissato una camera con balcone e vista montagna ma all'arrivo (h23;00) ci hanno dato una camera senza le due cose. Vista la stanchezza del viaggio (quasi 6h) li per li non ci abbiamo fatto caso. il giorno dopo l'abbiamo fatto presente e ce ne hanno data una veramente bella e grande con un piccolo supplemento. Ecco, secondo me poteva essere evitato il supplemento che, anche se simbolico, è stato dovuto ad un errore della struttura.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto!

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! La struttura è favolosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. L’atmosfera è magica, un vero angolo di paradiso in cui rilassarsi e godersi ogni momento. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci quanto prima! Consigliatissimo!
