Beautiful stay in the Dolomites.

A fantastic location in the Dolomites. Very close to Lago de Braies, with a Bus stop right out the front. We had a very large suite that was very comfortable and clean and had amazing views. The food is amazing and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful during.

Comfortable, friendly and a beautiful locatoin.

The breakfast bar was wonderful. We had a dedicated table with our room and the wait staff brought us a small pot of coffee and would make a breakfast to order if you didn't want a buffet.

Great quality-price ratio

This was a top-notch hotel. Excellent service, the diner was included in the price, and it was outstanding. We used the SPA, which was clean and nice. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. We wished we could stay longer. It is close to Lake Braies and Strudelhopf, which provides the Dolomites' most beautiful view of several mountains.

It is a bit far from the main hiking places, but it is in a very calm and relaxing place. If you don't mind driving a bit longer and you care to relax, this is a wonderful place

Good

Room 306 provided a great view of the outside green and the mountains in the background. The rooms are new and upgraded from the photos shown online. Bedding was comfortable and rooms were very clean. The location to visit Lago De Braies and the surrounding area is great.

like many properties in the Dolomites, no air conditioning is offered nor a fan. Unfortunately it feels like there is no air circulation in the room and was quite warm, even in May. Slept with the balcony door open, but was afraid of insects coming in. The property could install some fans and fly screens. The morning breakfast is average.

Comfortable room in the middle of the nature

Really new bedrooms with nice decoration. The wellness was perfect after a day of trekking. They supply everything you need for it. Really close to the lake with view to the mountains.

EVERYTHING was top notch! The staff, the accommodations, and the meals. A delicious 5 course dinner and breakfast are included. The best accommodation I had in my two weeks in France, Austria and Italy. Outstanding!

The spa was only open from 1500-1900. I would have liked to be able enjoy to enjoy it in the evening after a long day of exploring.

Lovely hotel with an incredible view

Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and small patio. We spent the afternoon sitting outside having a glass of wine and enjoying the view. Took a hot tub in the spa area which is lovely and bright. Dinner was hearty and delicious and the waitstaff very friendly. Breakfast options were plenty and the presentation was very nice. Coffees made to order. The staff was helpful. Arrived by taxi and hopped on the bus in the morning to begin out hike of Alta Via 1. Easy transportation options from this spot.

Spacious room in modern style and a great wellbeing facility

Easy access to the lake Braies and spacious rooms in modern style, a wellbeing centre with spa and sauna facilities was a great experience. Dinner included was a fine dining experience too.

We LOVED everything about this place! What really stood out was the room which was clearly recently renovated, the shower is my dream shower, and the floors were heated. The staff are super organized and you can tell the hotel is run well. The women who served us breakfast and dinner- I wish I knew their names but they were angels. It was my birthday and they brought out a cake with a huge sparkling candle!!

I can’t think of one negative aspect to this hotel! Everything went above my expectations.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Erica and would definitely stay there again.

Smooth check in process. The cleanliness of the room, comfy bed and balcony. The outside of the hotel was beautiful with flower boxes and planters. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location for visiting Lake Braies and the surrounding area of Cortina.

We stayed two nights. The room was spacious and clean. Room facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable . The view from the room was fantastic.Spa facilities were super. Sauna was not hot enough.

Breakfast had limited selection of cheese and eggs and there were no fresh fruits.

Perfect location! The lakes were a convenient 10-min drive & a 45-min drive to Tre Cime. The staff was very professional, helpful, & friendly. Very charming hotel with delicious food. The balcony view was a great plus!

Perfecto para ver la zona del lago

El hotel es precioso. Las habitaciones una chulada con una decoración muy cuidada y cálida. Todo el personal fue encantador con nosotros. Pasamos solo una noche pero cogimos media pensión ya que no hay mucha cosa alrededor. La cena estaba muy rica y fue contundente. El desayuno muy rico y variado también. Por la noche tomamos un licor en el bar de la entrada y fue muy agradable. El Spa se agradece a última hora después de un día de caminatas. Perfecto

No le doy un 10 porque la almohada era terrible! De veras que no entendemos como un hotel tan fantástico tiene una almohadas tan malas que se hacen bollos y que son tan tan incómodas. Por el resto es un hotel genial.

Bellissima struttura situata nei pressi del lago di Braies. Super pulita, camere ampie e spaziose, SPA meravigliosa e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo che forniscono loro tutto il necessario. Cena in albergo ottima, ampia scelta così come per la colazione. Camerieri molto cordiali e disponibili
