The location is amazing, the views are breathtaking, and the property is very close to the lake. It was clean, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner was also good.

There was no hand soap and the running water wasn’t always warm, especially in the evenings.

Wonderful view, wonderful stuff, highly recommended

We checked in on the fly since we decide to stay in the area in the last minute. Anna Liza was at the reception and was very pleasant and with great sense of humor (she helped with the luggage as well). The room was big and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were very good and the stuff was very lovely and helpful. Everyone knew English very well which is not that trivial.

Homey, cosy, just what we needed

Beautiful rooms with mountain views, amazing welcome at reception when we arrived and the team were so friendly throughout our stay. The restaurant was so good we continued to eat there for dinner every night! Absolutely loved the breakfast spread - such fresh food presented beautifully. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location & a very very friendly staff

Great location, you are at 5min away from the Lago di Braies. What I loved the most about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. One morning we wanted to spot the sunrise so we couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel so the lady of the hotel prepared us some coffee and tea in a thermos + even a take-away breakfast so we could eat breakfast while watching the sunrise. This was adorable. I recommend this hotel!

We were not lucky at all as we had a room next to a room where there were 2 ladies talking & laughing until 1PM. It was impossible to get some sleep. The next day we explained this situation to the hotel & they immediately changed us from the room which was 10x better.

Amazing

Location is amazing! Great views of the surrounding mountains and just a 6 minutes drive from Lago di Braies which allowed us to be there early morning, before it got crowded. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very generous and diversed, and probably the best we had during our trip to the dolomites. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant - it was delicious and so reasonably priced that we'll easily have came back just for it. Staff was nice and helpful.

Das Frühstück mit sehr viel Liebe und Sinn für Details zubereitet und noch dazu ausgewöhnlich schmackhaft. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und alles perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, hochwertige Produkte, italienisch- kontinental, Buffet und Service. Die Eierspeisen wurden nach Bestellung frisch zubereitet und serviert und hübsch dekoriert. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Gleichermaßen bekamen wir sehr gute Ausflugtipps (Wanderungen), an die wir uns detailgetreu halten konnten, weil die Informationen ausführlich und korrekt waren (inclusive Shuttlebuszeiten! und Wettervorhersagen). Es handelt sich um ein junges, hochmotiviertes Team, das den Gasthof mit Freude führt.
