Great for visiting Lago di Braies

The location was perfect for a visit to the lake. I walked to the lake couple of times. Breakfast was great!

I arrived early and there was no possibility to leave my luggage. I was only asked to get back at 2pm.

The staff was very unwelcoming. They almost ignored certain guest while other guest were pampered. It happened both during normal reuests and questions and during breakfast. I dont think we ever encountered anyplace that treated guest like that before. We couldn't wait to leave.

Our stay was very pleasant, the owners were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was great, the food just kept coming out! We only stayed the night as were were driving the lakes and mountains so the hotel and room was perfect for this. Was nice to return home in the evening when it was chilly outside, to a lovely warm and clean room.

None, there wasn't anything to report on that was unsatisfactory what so ever!

Very nice location, good breakfast, comfy and clean rooms.

The room was nice, always clean, the bed was comfy. We appreciated the host’s amiability even though she was not speaking English and we found a way to communicate. The breakfast was tasty and healthy. The croissants we received each morning were very good so we asked for extra croissants to take with us on the way back home. No extra hidden fees. Great location. Free parking in front of the hotel.

The wifi did not work but they explained us why.

the hotel location is really good, only 20-30 min walk from Braies lake or 5 min by bus, and the bus station is literally in front of the hotel, also it sits opposite a restaurant for lunch or dinner, i was lucky enough to have the room with a balcony and the view was wonderful. The breakfast was very good as well with a good variety.

the bathroom was a bit small, but the room was a good size and with a view, so that compenstaed for the small bathroom.
