Our second visit to this property. Very welcoming, attentive and helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Food was fantastic!

Very near to lake braise..receptionist welcome us warmly and the restaurant dinner was good

The location was great and super close to the Lake Braies
i didn’t like how they managed my booking. asked to add one more bed as we were 3 people. ended up to sleep 3 people in one double bed. i had to call the property at 2 am for instruction on how to enter the property. No customer service at all.
