Beautiful setting lovely room and friendly staff. Provided poles and rucksack in room.

Expensive £40 evening meal although lovely don’t need 6/7 course meal every evening.

The food was exceptional.

No flexibility when asked if we can use the pool or sauna on our departure day for an hour or two (as we arrived late the night before).

Restful and peaceful stay in the mountains.

Beautiful location with great views. All the amenities are great enjoyed the infinity pool and the views from it. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in the weeks of traveling. Large room and views from the patio. Across the street was a trail to the lake which took 30 minutes.

Hotel in beautiful location and great base for hiking

Beautiful location, amazing spa (no additional charge) with saunas and pool. Breakfast was plentiful - continental style breakfast with some hot options available. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view. Accessible by bus - we travelled here via 2 buses from Cortina d’Ampezzo. We stayed here before starting the Alta Via 1 - the hotel is a couple of km away from Lago di Braies, where the Alta Via 1 begins. You could borrow hiking holes from the hotel, which is nice for anyone wanting to do day hikes.

Very kind front desk staff

The location is great. It’s very close to Lago di Bries. Although rooms have no air-conditioning but with the window opens, the temperature was ok at night. The front desk staff was super kind and helped me with my splinter wound. Thank you!

It would be great to have air conditioning but I guess properties in the Alpine do not.

Perfect… wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to others

Electronic blinds! 2x views! Large balcony. Delicious breakfast! Beautiful room. 5min drive to Lago di Braies. Lovely area to enjoy the countryside.

Spa & pool time was limited which is a shame so we didn’t get chance to use them.

A great experience.

We stayed three nights at Hotel Trenker, as our base to explore the surrounding mountain trails. Our room was comfortable and spacious including our balcony. Outdoor parking for our car and the views of the surrounding hills when swimming was an incredible experience. We ate there on our second night and the food was so stunningly great, we did it again the following night!

Great location, lovely room, subpar breakfast

The location was fantastic. We were able to take a little trail to the lake and avoid the parking craze by staying here. All of the facilities were clean and thr room was lovely. We enjoyed a drink at the bar which had a nice vibe. The staff was also very nice.

The breakfast was fine, but the coffee machine was horrible. It's also about 50 euros too expensive for what it is but I suppose you pay for the location.

Best hotel with good value for the price

The hotel location has remarkable view from every direction you look & it was a few minutes away from Lago de braies which was very convenient. The reception & dinning room staff were amazing, welcoming & a very big plus English speakers. The food was totally worth it. You had a plenty kinds of goods/food to choose from, all was very fresh and clean. Everything was very delicious and tasty, I would definitely recommend all the meals in the hotel. The room price was worth the value and beyond. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

wonderful place, can only recommend for a stay or dinner

everything was great from start to finish. clean room, nice design, all necessities were there. hotel offers an exquisite dinner menu with a very good price. wine options were also great. we were almost alone on a Wednesday and could use whole spa area almost privately. good choice of various saunas, nice outside area. perfect location to visit Lago di Braies

Everything was absolutely incredible. Alex, the chief of the hotel, is very kind and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the location is unmatched and the facilities are wonderfully relaxing. Will be recommendeding this place to anyone visiting the dolomites!

L’unica cosa negativa che devo dire è che il parcheggio delle macchine elettriche era abbastanza pulito, mentre il restante era pieno di neve ghiacciata e ho fatto fatica ad uscire dal parcheggio.

조석식 좋았습니다. 특히 석식은 아주 훌륭했었습니다. 호텔 사우나 2면이 튀인 수영장 정말 좋았습니다. 해피 아워 시간에 제공되는 케익과 차들도 좋았습니다 이 호텔의 가장 장점인 것 같습니다. 객실도 깨끗하게 정리가 되어 있었고 와이 파이도 비교적 잘 터진 것도 좋았습니다. 다만 흠이라면 체크인시 짐이 많았는데 짐을 가져가야 할 캐리어를 다른 호텔처럼 좀더 많은 가방과 캐리어로 가져 갈 수 있도록 해 주셨으면 합니다.
