We haven't staid in the booked place but were redirected to nearby object which was very run-down and located right next to the railway tracks. Price wise despite popular dates is far away from provided value.

The reception and main building are located at the address given in the Booking description. On arrival, we discovered the property has several buildings, and our room was about 700 meters away (Via Johann Jaeger Strasse 36). This wasn’t a major issue, as that building also had parking nearby. However, the garage has a very narrow entrance, which may be difficult for larger cars or roof racks. The building is also right next to railway tracks, and our ground-floor window and balcony faced them directly. Train traffic wasn’t heavy, but the noise may bother some guests. We are not demanding and don’t need luxury, but we felt very uncomfortable in the room. The main problem was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the fridge and kitchen cupboards. Even after thoroughly cleaning the fridge, the smell remained. It was so bad that we had to keep the balcony door open (with trains passing just a few meters away). The kitchen had no kettle. A few hours before arrival, we were informed that no cleaning supplies were provided and only one roll of toilet paper was included (3 people, 3 days). We had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, and other basics ourselves. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The beds were fold-out sofas, and the room was dark.

Beautiful little town, with bakery and deli, fantastic playground for kids and good food options. Close to Dobbiaco which was a bigger town and had transport to Tre Cime. We stayed in a different apartment to the pink house which had a deck with amazing views.

Even though there is a stovetop/fridge and pots/pans for cooking - kitchen supplies were not provided up front- bin bags, dishwashing detergent, tea towels etc. no tea or coffee provided. The staff member at reception did give us some when asked. It would have been good to be offered the free bus ticket that tourists can get from the start, we only found out about this after a few days, again reception sent it through to us after asking. It would have also been good to be given an heads up that Lake Braise and Tre Cime walks need to be booked in advance. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

The location

It was super outdated, they didnt provide towels, trash bins, sponges or anything for cleaning the kitchen. Instead of a bed it was a pull out sofa. The facility was EXTREMELY loud. I would not come again.

Good location. One large room for family of four on sofa beds worked well for one night before hiking up the Dolomites. Plenty of space to pack and sort bags!

The extractor filter above the hob was thick with dust hanging off it - ugghhh! There was no washing up liquid nor cloth nor drying up towel. Towels were provided, but I asked the question 6 months before travel and did not get a response. (Body/hair wash sachets provided.)

I like how the curtains created a sense of mystique while wrapping round my petit yet curvy frame… the neighbours had no idea what was going on… really recommend if you fancy a bit of play time with the missy.

When we got there the house was green not pink …question mark… maybe it’s because I’m colour blind.
